I love watching people play them, I love the mythologies that have sprouted up around them and I enjoy analysing why they're scary, but I cannot play Silent Hill or any other scary game myself.

I have never played Half Life & I've barely touched Baldur's Gate 2, despite being a big western RPG fan.

There were parts in the Mass Effect games that had me tear up a little.

I play games on easy and feel no shame. I love games, and have been playing them for 15years+, but I'm not very skilled.
...Are we the same person? 0.0

All of these are also true for me! It's eerie.

I actually have the Baldur's Gate games now though, so I intend to fix that one soon.

As for me, I...I read video game novelizations. And genuinely enjoy them. Excuse me while I find a suitable rock to hide under.

I found the Na'vi in Avatar to be annoying racist assholes and the humans to be almost perfectly reasonable, considering their situation.

I find both Call of Duty and Halo to be utterly average, meaning they're not bad, but not good either. Perfect 5/10's in my little world.

I liked Soulstorm...

And finally, BIOSHOCK(1) WAS NOT THAT GOOD PEOPLE! IT WAS AN AVERAGE SHOOTER WITH A FAST WEAPON SWITCH AND A MEDIOCRE STORY, GET OVER IT.

These are my actual opinions, I'm not trolling, I swear.

Agreed- The only good things about Bioshock 1 were Tenenbaum and Bioshock 2.

Also, I find Star Wars boring and a waste of time.

(And I have cried over some scenes in video games- Metroid Prime made me tear up a bit, and there were bits of Mass Effect 1 and 2 that did it to me. And I will admit to crying over fanfic once.)

I liked Mafia II. It's a linear game with a non-linear setting used only as a backdrop. And it worked!
I also liked Mafia II, as well as Alpha Protocol... it wasn't that bad.

Now that I think about it:
I don't like any games without Save Files.
The only NES games I like are Marble Madness, and Kirby's adventure(maybe a few more).
I don't like Super Mario bros. 1,2,3, and lost levels unless we're talking about the SNES versions.
I don't like any zelda games before Wind Waker.
I will NEVER play any Pokemon games before Pearl, excluding the Mystery Dungeon series.
I like Mystery Dungeon more than the actual pokemon games.
I think that 007:Nightfire is,and always will be, better than Goldeneye.
I own a copy of Medal of Honor:Rising Sun and Monster Jam:Maximum Destruction.
I don't like any of the original 3 Metroid games.
I don't like Starcraft 2.
I like Sonic Riders for GCN.
I think that Resident Evil 4 and 5 are the only good RE games.
I've gotten bored of minecraft(for now).
I will never play any Final Fantasy, Mass Effect, or Bioshock games.
I don't like Earthbound that much.
I enjoyed playing Shadow the Hedgehog, and Sonic Heroes.
I gave my N64 away to my cousins.
I hate Mortal Kombat, and Street Fighter.
And I think that Conflict:Desert Storm 1,& 2 were the best Co-op games ever created.

another thing I forgot to mention (wherever my first post was)...

-Pokemon. I've always hated it. Had a grudge against it since its horrible, simplistic card game came out and indirectly caused the "streamlining" of Magic: the Gathering (don't try to convince me otherwise. I'm allowed conspiracy theories, I'm an American, dammit!).
-I still sometimes play Magic with friends when waiting for people to finish up making D20 characters.
-Oh, and I had to look up Minecraft to figure out what it was... still no interest in playing it.

I pretty much hate every Final Fantasy game mainly because I thoroughly hate turn-based combat systems. Now call be a hypocrite because I really like Pokemon games.

I consider the Matrix to be one of the best sci-fi series of all time. (Yes, all three)
I enjoy all of the gaming web-comics.
I can't stand PC gaming.
I really, really enjoyed the first Transformers and I still don't get why people hate it so much.
Crysis was and still is, a complete piece of crap.
I........ I love Poker Face.......the song AND the video.... /shame

I played Morrowind on the original XBox and continue to not have it for the PC. In fact, I prefer it a little.

Also, I never played any RPG game as a mage-type character.

I like two JRPG series despite hating the genre.

I like Lady Gaga.

I thought Revenge of the Sith was the best of all the Star Wars films.

I think Nickelback are entirely tolerable, albeit not actually very good.

I think Morrowind was much better than Oblivion (not gameplay-wise, but the world felt so much more unique and interesting to explore).

Juno was the worst movie I've seen in a long time (LOOK HOW FUCKING QUIRKY I CAN BE! HONEST TO BLOG!).

I love Unreal Tournament, and have become very, very bored with any shooter that involves heavy use of cover (it was great for the first few hours of Gears of War, but it got old fast).

I dislike the following:
- Pokemon
- Halo
- Half-Life
- Bioshock

I really liked Navi and didn't find her annoying, but actually cute. But I can't be the only one, right? *hears crickets chirping*
Sorry to shatter your worldview, but you're not the only one.

OT: I really liked that one Futurama videogame. Hell, I even bothered to unlock everything.

- Mercenaries 2 is quite possibly one of the most enjoyable sandbox games I have played in years.

- I utterly despise Left 4 Dead.

- The Witcher bored the living hell out of me.

- I massively preferred Bioshock 2 to the original, I believe the original to be mediocre at best.

- I enjoy the Transformer films a hell of a lot and I really don't understand why people give them so much stick.

- I don't mind listening to Lady Gaga now and again.

I'm with you there, I believe it's the most polished and refined of all the DoW games and the online play actually works, plus, I like me my Sisters of Battle.

I was forced to play FFX and I hated it, my friend demanded I finish it, so I just looked up Lets plays on youtube and said I finished the game.
I felt justified in not playing though because he believed me when I said I finished it. HAHA!
Also Im a Conservative Christian Half-Mexican Half-German/Polish male and people think Im insane. *cough*
