A fellow heretic! Come, let us scratch our deviant creed upon the alley walls!

OT: I cannot abide Doctor Who. I can't quite explain why. I think it's a combination of the fanbase and how the show seems to have squandered its literally infinite potential in favor of formulaity.

I will continue to buy every new Zelda game until the end of time. The franchise can do no wrong in my eyes. (This also applies to every main-series, non-online Final Fantasy)

I don't understand the fascination with the Beatles.

Kill la Kill is dumb.

Edit: OH YEAH ALSO I'VE NEVER FINISHED FINAL FANTASY VI FUCK ME I'VE BEEN SO NAUGHTY

I've seen the original Star Wars trilogy and... I don't really care for it.

James Cameron's Avatar by James Cameron (sponsored by James Cameron) is one of my favourite films. In fact I love most of his films.

I don't hate Linkin Park.

I think new Doctor Who has gone down the pan with the last couple of series'.

Remember Me is one of my favourite games this year.

This is my terrible secret.

One of my favorite game of all time is JRPG where 4 androgenic teenagers and 4 guys stopping the summoning of the God of Death by an immortal date sim addict who obtained hot female body after ~thousand years.

I think Combat, music and story is pretty neat.

Edit: F*** you dutch Mastercard capcha. I've only been Netherlands for a single day in my entire life.

People talking about futa got me thinking.
And I think...as time goes on, I'd be more happy being some transient "3rd gender" as opposed to being fully female or male.

This is a confession because anyone who knows me in real life knows I'm very touchy about this subject, and admitting to being happy being ANY part male would come as a shock.

I have no idea what I want for myself.

EDIT: Fuck it, here's some more.
I have real fears that come and go about an afterlife. Specifically hell.
I have moments, days even when I second guess myself and my actions and wether or not I may end up being punished for something after I die. This will cause me real physical worry for large chunks of time.

Speaking of sex, I really wish I was a futanari...
Oh, God, I love futanari so much. Actually...if you want an NSFW confession...

It is THE main thing I masturbate to on a regular basis. Don't get me wrong, I love women. But there's something so...hot about futas and intersex "women". I go to e621 (a furry image board *everyone gasps*) for intersex and gelbooru for straight-up futanari. (Please don't look for those websites: they both have a lot of NSFW pics)

I sometimes wish that there were more intersex "women" in the world with fully formed and functional dual genitalia. I also wish that, though I claim to be a straight man (i.e. I'm not attracted to men or the male form), I sometimes wish I had both fully formed and functional male and female genitalia while staying as a "man"....I mean, I already have a dick and two balls; I just want to experience what it'd be like to have that and a pussy. (Also, I think anal hurts and I have a sensitive gag reflex, so it'd be a way for a futanari to "properly" penetrate me.)
Dude...

Not only do I do EXACTLY what you do in that NSFW spoiler tag... but, what you describe in said NSFW spoiler tag is the WHOLE reason why I wish I was a futanari!! OH MY GLOB!! *begins fanning himself in internal bliss*

*ahem*

Anime? I like K-On!! (it's cute!) and hate Akira (though only for one single part: when and how Kaori dies; it was bullcrap).
K-On is awesome, no matter what anyone says... and I always put Akira in the "top anime movies you have to see at least once", while simultaneously placing every Miyazaki film in the sub-category "watch at least one of them, but preferably Spirited Away, Nausicaä, and/or Princess Mononoke... hopefully Mononoke, since it's the better of the three" when I place his name, alone, on the "top anime movies you have to see at least once"...

That list I mentioned... only has less than 6 (when I'm being generous and not that nick-picky) anime movies on it, in my opinion... and that's just with the sub-list included for Miyazaki's placement on the list...

I love/like a lot of things people hate and I don't really want to know why they don't like them. It usually comes down to something like their childhood being raped. Speaking of which, I like the Transformers movies by Michael Bay, I think he did a good job of making sentient death machines look like sentient death machines.

I don't feel like playing any of the older Final Fantasies because I got too sick and tired of all the hate that the past few titles received.

I honestly don't know what I want to do in life, besides anything that involves computers and technology.

I don't like a lot of the nerd/geek/game culture, I feel put off by a lot of it.

I would love to participate in a martial arts tournament more than anything, but I feel like I would become a liability to my fellow students and make my club look bad.

I believe that as awesome as indie games are, they won't be the games that will save the industry, allowing the companies to bring out more creativity in their games will. And I see them as overhyped most of the time.

Call of Duty is not ruining the game industry, games trying to copy its formula and failing are. There are also so many game genres out there that saying Call of Duty is the reason that a certain game didn't do well enough or that the game industry is crap because of it is fucking stupid. There's a reason the way things are right now but Call of Duty is not the reason for all of it.

I really wish someone would try to understand that racism isn't inherent in the southern part of the US, but is every-FUCKING-where, so stop with all the southern generalizing that came about from a war that happened almost 200 years ago. It's still here, but it doesn't just happen in the south.

I don't like using the internet to discuss politics because more often than not, most websites are full of people pertaining of one demographic party or another and pretty damned biased as well.

Enough with the "Top Ten" lists, all they are is nothing but click bait and bias because one's top ten is not like the other. They also give way to too much *****-fitting than needed or wanted.

I never played Half Life and I never will because it doesn't interest me too much.

I really want to drive but whenever I see an accident I can't help but feel worried that I might kill my family one day driving because I was a little fast, slow, not paying attention enough, or other things.

I would like to play a shooter that had a choice between health regeneration, shields, and health packs mainly to get people that praise them so much to finally shut the fuck up about them.

I really wish a lot of people would shut the fuck up about a lot of things.

No one is special (especially not you), and other people people aren't as ignorant/stupid as you're led to believe.

Cynicism is lazy and only 5% of people do it right, and do you know why? Because it's only funny, entertaining or enlightening when it's slightly at one's own expense.

These things become harder to believe if you live on the internet.

No time is valuable, values are not an innate concept and completely human-created, all things ultimately mean nothing. And I genuinely think that's how it should be.

This was the thread to mawkishly espouse one's own beliefs into an echo-chamber, right?

On a more serious and less honest note; I laughed at The Ring's western adaption. Really. Through the whole thing. And my 13 year old nephew was on the brink of tears. It was just so ridiculous.
If you liked that one, you'll love their comedic remake of 'Rec.', an interesting Spanish horror film. It's called 'Quarantine' and it's utter shit.

I actually liked Aliens Colonial Marines in it's own horrific way. I'm very suprised Jim Sterling hasn't ever tried Game Defense Force with a game like ACM.

Let's see:
1. Sonic Adventure 1 is still my favorite 3D Sonic Title
2. I hated Sonic Adventure 2 and I think it's terrible
3. I don't care for most of the older parts of long running franchises(i.e., Zelda, Sonic, Final Fantasy, hell, even Pokemon, and I grew up with the goddamn beginning of the series(I'm still okay with old pokemon, it just doesn't have anything to offer me that would make me really want to replay it))
4. I'm not interested in Attack on Titan(I don't dislike it or anything, I just can't be bothered to watch it, also I liked SAO and didn't hate the second arc)
5. I still read Naruto and I don't hate the current direction it's gone in
6. JRPGs are my favorite kind of games
7. I actually like those experimental titles that spice up turn-based combat(action turn-based an the like)
8. I can't stand RTS games, and it's one of the few things that from what I have seen I can't even comprehend how people enjoy them
9. I'm not comfortable talking about anything related to sex with my friends
10. I haven't even played many of the more famous Nintendo IPs, yet I would still buy a WiiU with what it currently has
11. I can't deal with horror, well at least, not the kind that actually scares me. It never turns to excitement or enjoyment like it does with other people, it just fucking haunts me and keeps me up at night
12. I actually like threads like these, not because I like yelling self-righteously into an echo chamber, but because I like hearing about what other people legitimately dislike that most people love, and their reasons why
13. I fully understand that everyone has the right to like what they like, and just because I don't like it, it doesn't mean I look down on other people for liking what I dislike, and that everything I dislike or like, I do so purely for my own personal reasons, and I actively try to keep myself from trying to objectively judging things as bad or good, no matter how much I like/dislike it.

Same here. I have a feeling that people who haven't gone through a depression find him a lot less relatable than those who have.

I loved Attack on Titan, it is pretty much my choice for anime of the year, and it would probably be my show of the year if not for Game of Thrones. Plus I can trump that claim in every single way.

I can't get into Cowboy Bebop. I just can't. I just don't get the series' appeal.

If that isn't bad enough I can top it though -
I do not feel like the first two seasons of Breaking Bad where very good. They had a snails pace with barely anything happening in an episode and really only felt like they were there to set up the other 3(amazing) series. Undeniably they had their moments, but overall I just found them really "meh".

I hate it and it's not even reminding me of what I don't have.

Also, on a similar note, I have friends who write overly gushing things on their Facebook pages. And I despise it. It's so irritating.

Then again, people irritating me is probably not so much a confession as it is a "duh" moment.

I've had a addiction to prescription anti anxiety pills. Benzo's (Ativan, Xanax, Klonopin, Valium) Kicked the shit on new years but I've just started using again on and off about a month ago. Just fear losing control like I have before and just all the chaotic shit that happens when I'm on it and when I come off of it. If you really wanna go down the rabbit hole I can tell you some stuff that will make you hate me as a human being.

Some days, I wake up and think that this, this is the day where I plaster the back of my head over the wallpapers. I do not know what makes me reconsider, but I am infinetly grateful for it, and once the broader perspective is returned, each new day feels like a new victory. It is a confession in the way that I am petrified that someone will find out. I do not want to be reduced to a failure, or some dangerous element to be avoided. I am a rather convincing liar, and I have kept the image fairly well so far. I am simply afraid of being shut out entirely if people understand there is something wrong with me.
I just don't recieve many opportunities to talk, as it is. I do not want them to disappear entirely, which is what being mentally unwell is going to do.
But then again, I keep myself going. There is a glimmer of hope, and I like to think that there would not be any, if there were nothing to continue towards. Every day is a victory.

I am terribly sorry if you did sit through that. It was the most meaningful confession of my soul I could give.

For something more pop-culture related... I prefer the recent additions to the Fallout series (3 & NV) to the older ones. I see why they are popular, and they have earned their popularity. They were great, and the starting point of something even greater. They just weren't particularly fun to play. Experimenting with the mechanics were no doubt the best thing that has happened to the series.

More related to the Internet, I don't like how being misanthropic and rather rude about it have become some form of online persona. It is a bit like being trapped in an elevator filled with people pretending to be Dr. House. It is as if the idea is that the least attached person wins by default. There are plenty of people with reason to be misanthropic, I will not argue that there isn't. But in many cases, it just seems like a way to avoid confronting things. To brand the world and everyone in it corrupt and turn one's back to it, rather than seeing it for what it is and attempting to change it.

Speaking of the Internet, I suppose being a Furfag (very, very)Lite technically counts. Barely a confession, though. But considering the sort of image the Internet as a whole have on anything and anyone associating with anything remotely furry, it's not something I would admit to straight away.

I fucking love COD, I'm proud of my gamerscore, I'm a dirty console peasant and I have no plans to change that.
It's just so damn fun. There's the joy of being better than other people (at COD), the joy of getting fucked by somebody really good (at COD), and the joy of playing with ridiculous yet satisfying toys (in COD)

Their faces are always so "punny" to see.
And no, I will not go sit in the corner for that cheesy pun! I love puns! Hold hands with me friend! ^_^

-I've never watched Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones. Theres even apart of me that refuses to watch them. Yeah plenty of people do the same but I REEEEEALLY want to see them. I just hate modern day TV is all and need more motivation to see them.
-I have a fear of roller coasters, and anyone that rides/enjoys them are sick in the head and should see a doctor.
-I've never been in a relationship, or date, and my first kiss was very recently... a friend of mine who was drunk beyond belief out of nowhere laid one on me... I don't drink, so yeah that was.... different. Minus the taste of alcohol lips, a part of me enjoyed it. >_> *cough*
-As much as I hate assholes, I love the internet, I think its a milestone in human creation entertainment.
-Also Halloween>Christmas.
