Questionable Content, xkcd and Men in Hats. Although if you're looking for the more erotic ones...

Yahtzee takes on the world is really good and apparently not that well known if this thread is anything to go by.
I know, I loved that one!

Speaking of Yahtzee, the man created his own list of webcomics he liked, over at his site:
http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/features/goodcomics.htm

Check that out if you value his opinion. I know I do. It was from this list that I found out about VG Cats, Perry Bible Fellowship & Doctor McNinja, and probably a few others I've forgotten.

Oh, and check out his Cowboy Comics. ****ing hilarious.

If you want a comic that'll cheer you up, I can't recommend Nedroid enough.

If you want one that will make you not feel that way, Pictures for Sad Children is good too.

Depends on what you already read. I used to read a dozen or more a day but I cut back recently. Currently I read XKCD, Penny Arcade and Questionable content which I'd recommend to everyone. I also read Gutters by Ryan Sohemer (who also writes the excellent Least I Could Do and Looking For Group, which I'd read if I had more time), it's a relatively new comic with guest artists that makes fun of comic-comics.

Depends on what you like. Short one time comics, I like Nerfnow.

For longer series comics, I'm privy to Order of the stick.
I've read those already. In fact, OOTS is in my RSS feed list.

I read that too, pretty much on accident, but I liked it a lot.

I've started reading it, and Richard pretty much seems a carbon copy of Black Mage from 8-bit theater.

I rest my case :p

Well good sir it depends on what you like...

Webcomics that are good are..

PennyArcade-Nothing much to describe on this. It's hillarious.
And MegaTokio-A good sir, a good character lineup, and it's fun.
Also the adventures of Gordan Frooman. It's pretty funny.

I've got a good one: Bruno [http://www.baldwinpage.com/jan196.html]. It's about a teenage girl named Bruno and to be quite frank, you have to read it to understand what it's like. It's philosophical, it's got an ongoing story, it's a real-life comic (that is to say, no fantasy worlds, no sci-fi setting, no Pintsize) which is pretty rare on the web, and the layout is completely unique. Just... Just go and read it now, okay? Read a couple of pages right now, becuase this is the kind of brilliance you don't usually see in webcomics. THere are a lot of great webcomics taking place in fantastic environments, or great webocmics that don't do anything except tell a really funny joke, but great webcomcis that take place in the real world and make you care about the characters are few and far between in my experience. And you know what? The fact that you're reading this is proof that you haven't started reading Bruno yet WHAT ARE YOU DOING GO READ IT NOW
