I've only really found a couple of webcomics that I find consistently funny:

Don't read XKCD or Questionable Content. XKCD hasn't been funny in ages, many of the strips don't even appear to be jokes. Lame graph humor, lame jokes about computer programming, overreliance on "its maths lol!". There are some funny strips here and there but looking back at the last few weeks, I found very few that made me laugh.
Questionable Content is the webcomic equivalent of a poor sitcom. Lots of writing and not very funny jokes. It follows about 10 characters who work in a coffee shop and date each other, and thats pretty much it.
