Okay seriously, this is some of the wierdest news I've heard for a while. If the man is claiming he saw a beautiful woman he is either:
A. High on somethin pretty powerful
or
B. Lying to protect his integritity for sleeping with a cow.
Either way, it does seem a little mean to punish the animal that was probably very scared and confused when a human walked over to her and started putting the moves on her. But still it's a superstitious culture and while over here it may look strange, I have no right to judge.
