A friend and I watched the Twilight movie with the rule that we had to take a shot every time Bella stared at Edward or vice versa. My friend asked to stop after the scene in biology class because her vision was blurring.

This made my brother laugh like heck.

Watch the Dante's Inferno animated film and do a shot everytime he says "Beatrice" and a double if he shouts it. I guarentee you'll be knocked out by half-way and enjoying it a lot more than you otherwise would.

Or there's the Unreal Tournament drinking game:
If you're playing bots, then drink everytime you die and see how long you last (difficulty level of your choice).
Against friends then treat the drinking like a handicap, and make someone drink a shot for a killing spree, 2 for unstoppable etc, finish their drink for winning a round. Drink when killed by the Redeemer or finish drink when killed by Impact Hammer - there's lots of rulse you can think up

watch the Pokemon anime from the start of series one
take a sip when:
-the characters do something that wouldn't work in-game
-Ash loses a match
-Pikachu beats something he physically shouldn't be able to
-the characters do something that makes absolutely no fucking sense
-Brock gets cock-blocked
-Ash releases one of his best Pokemon for no damn reason
-Team Rocket fuck up something that should be easy (finish your glass if they actually complete the task, but still fuck it up)
-the female lead of the series acts like a ***** to Ash or anyone else
-finish your glass if more than one of these happen at the same time

by the end of the first series, you'd probably have liver failure.

b: Have a drink whenever someone looks confused.

d: Ensure someone is present to take you to the hospital/morgue.

I've thought of a few extremely life threatening drinking games.

1. Watch a zombie movie, take a drink every time you see a zombie.

2. Watch The Hidan and Kakuza arc from Naruto Shippudden. Take a drink every time Hidan swears. (He swears a lot.)

3. Watch One piece, take a drink every time. Nami gets that money look in her eyes, Sanji's eyes turn into hearts, as he says "Mellorine." Ussop complains about his I can't go on this island disease and whenever Luffy says "Yosh" or uses any of his gomu attacks.

Not my game, but one I have played:

Everyone pick a word (and, the etc are banned it will become obvious why).

Put on a film, evrey time your word comes up everyone else takes a shot.

If you are evil and can get away with it suggest South Park The Movie, Reservoir Dogs or Scarface (1983 version) and suggest the word "fuck" (this will ensure you will win unless you were tea total until the start of game and are playing hardened drinkers!

Also, I remembered a drinking game my friend told me about. His stepdad was watching the original Italian Job and they each had an item to trigger their drinking when it appeared on screen. Someone had mini, someone had lamppost and one guy had Michael Cain. They even insisted that if the shot changed to show him from a different angle that constituted another shot XD
