Hmm....

Powers:
-Biotic Charge
-Fortification
-Reave

Weapons:
-Shotgun, preferably to the Claymore what the Claymore is to the Katana
-Missile pods, of the style used by Space Marine Terminators (see here [http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5255/5554593063_a3d5c94718_z.jpg] for an example)
-Headbutt as the melee attack that just wrecks things

All of these together form the Elcor Juggernaught

What I wouldn't give for a Hanar Soldier... No idea on abilities though, I'm not a big MP player.
The ability to hold and fire an M-6 Carnifex with each tentacle.

No other classes would be necessary.

On a side-note though, I'm glad that they finally...FINALLY learned that no one uses stasis just to temporarily remove an opponent from combat, they want a time-stop stun ability. It was sooooo lame back in ME 1 and 2 where it'd freeze them and make them invincible for the duration. To be fair, in ME 2 you can upgrade it so that you can deal reduced damage to the target, but it should have been like ME 3's stasis from the beginning!
In Mass Effect 1 if you picked the right specialization for the Adept class when you visit the moon, you can evolve your stasis to allow the target to take damage while stunned. If you spec and gear yourself just right, you can get it so that you can practically perma-stasis a single target. I've managed to fight and kill Robo-Saren on Hard and Insanity without letting him fire even a single shot before.

There's something about Hanar parody lines that's just plain fun.

"This one invites you to make this day an enjoyable experience."

:p It's the fact that their speech is so "polite and humble", yet we all know exactly what badass line they're really trying to say.

"This one cannot recall whether its thermal clip is at complicity or whether it's under complicity. This one inquires as to whether the transgressor considers himself fortunate."

Geth Biotic Abominations

Basically a Geth with the ability to use Biotics, probably having markings to show it was something Cerberus was doing (cuz really, I somehow see Cerberus trying this so as to make powerful biotic machines, which they can control with what could have been a successful project Overlord).

Geth Herald: It would basically be the Geth version of the Vanguard.

Powers:
Charge (naturally)
Warp
Pull
Warp Ammo

Weapons:
Shotgun
SMG
Heavy Pistol

Geth Defiler: Basic adept class.

Powers:
Singularity
Shockwave
Pull
Warp
Throw

Weapons:
Assault Rifle
Heavy Pistol

Tbh I'd take an vanguard but give them stasis, shockwave and lift grenades, I would destroy everything!
Stasis bubble and lift grenades/shockwave are great fun. But sadly asari vanguard doesn't get shockwave.
Oh and I need a weapon erm SMG is all I usually carry as it's nice and light to maximize cool downs

Starchild:
A little celestial-looking runt that is totally invisible to everyone until the last round of the game. The Starchild is totally immune to any attack, protected by an aura of artistic integrity.

Powers:
-Red (everyone dies while sad piano music plays. It's all really sad)
-Blue (everyone freezes while the Starchild rambles on about how it created the game in order to prevent people from playing a game, everyone accepts the Starchild's arguments without question and are totally mentally blown away)
-Green (everyone is overcome with the uncontrollable desire to participate in a huge orgy involving organics and synthetics, with many awkward regrets and sore body parts afterwards.)

Surprisingly enough, I had a conversation about this with a friend of mine not too long ago. My idea came in the form of three SPECTRE classes that accentuated what each of the Council Races would value as an exemplar of their respective combat tactics. Putting them in the big three "pure" classes of Soldier, Adept, and Engineer would really help set them apart as well if you wanted to go that far.

Turian SPECTRE:

Turian battle tactics seem to really favor precision over anything else. Waiting to catch your enemy with his pants down so you can take that one shot to keep him down. So you'd want to start with an "activate" power that really showed that off, so I'd suggest Marksman to keep even your automatic weapons where you're pointing them. Secondly, you'd want an ability that would take care of an enemy's defenses, for this I'd either suggest a trusty Concussive Shot or Overload to rip apart that stood between you and your mark's grave. After that, I'd suggest a type of grenade. Frag or Sticky would be the perfect tool to root out anything behind cover too thick to shoot through, not to mention you could clear a room without having to get your hands dirty.

Asari SPECTRE:

I know this one seems like a no brainer on the surface. "Of course it'd be a Biotic class, ALL Asari are Biotics." But the real issue with this one is making is stand apart from the other Asari classes. First off, I'd suggest deciding on whether it'll be a front like or support character. If it's a front line class, give it Barrier. It's a solid ability that works just like the Sentinel Tech Armor. If you wanted a more back row, support class, I'd be as bold as to suggest Dominate, Morinth's unique power from ME2. We don't see it in ME3, so it'd be unique and really show this Asari as having a personal flair. After that, you'd just decide between your choice of Biotic Explosion. So either a Warp/Shockwave with Barrier to make a very clear front line class, or a Stasis/Throw with Dominate to make a master crowd control class.

Salarian SPECTRE:

Now this guy should be THE paragon of Tech classes. Not even the masterful Quarian Engineer could stand up to him. First, you'd want to start with a unique power that none of the other Multiplater classes have. So I'd pick either Mordin's old Loyalty Ability Neural Shock, or maybe even the Defense Matrix from EDI, or the Sabotage ability to mess with your enemy's weapons if you didn't want to bring up a whole new one. Any of those would really set the tone of how to play the class. Next you'd obviously want Shield Drain, it's a solid ability that works like Overload but with a cherry on top. After that, I'd suggest a good strong ability like Incinerate to hit armor really hard when you needed it.

Those are just a few ideas I had. Anybody else have any input?

Krogan Infiltrator :p

Tactical Cloak
Carnage
Overload

You know it would be funny.
:p And I know I'd play it too.
"Ok, WHO GAVE THE KROGAN STEALTH TECHNOLOGY?"
The funniest part is to think of a krogan actually being sneaky. :p
Well there's already this;

So why not a sneaky one?
Yeah, that Krogan is one of the craziest characters in the series. Not only is he formal and polite, but he's also very well spoken as well. Now just turn him into a master ninja and you've got the strangest yet most badass Krogan ever! :p

I believe that would be the Geth Shield Boost that Legion had in ME2. Maybe not ENTIRELY the same, but would serve it's purpose. Or you could just give it Hunter Mode.
