Fallout 3
The ending was extremly anti climatic.
The shooting without VATS I found difficult.
All the enemies have an endless supply of ammo until you kill them, and then you get maybe 5 bullets when they just shot 30 at you.
My PS3 wheezes like it's carrying three elephants if I'm playing it for too long.
NPC's who die without me killing them.
The glitches.

I'm struggling to think of bad points in Spyro.

I guess a few of the levels mid-game were pretty unmemorable, and those flying levels were unbearable at times. Also the difficulty curve was really nice but it ended too soon, would have been nice to see the game get a little more difficult.

Super Robot Wars (most of the recent ones):

You usually end up with a lot of units that aren't really very good and never end up getting used as a result. Most late-game bosses tend to play out pretty much the same. Most of them don't really require that much strategy.

Monster Hunter Tri. Love the game to death. Cannot stand having to stop what I'm doing to sharpen my damn weapon. Sure, I've got a good enough weapon now that it doesn't happen too often, but that whole mechanic is hella annoying.

Heavy's are over powered and can kill anybody in about 2 hits.
Really? I find that Heavies get their asses handed to them easily, especially if you jump around them or get them from behind. If Pyro is your favorite class all you have to do is circle around them and light 'em up.
yes, it's just if you try to circle around them they just turn around instantly since everyone is using a mouse, it also seems that the Heavy is the only overpowered class to everything else is balanced, and now heavys run faster too so you pretty much can't run away, especially if they're using natascha...

I'm returning to this thread because I thought I would put a few more games that I could critique that are still my favorites.

Starcraft: The algorithms for where you want your characters to go and stuff is really messed up sometimes, especially when you have 5 or so units trying to go through a crowded doorway. Some units will turn back to find another path available (which there wasn't) and it got really hard to micromanage something like that.

Half Life 2: The storyline could be WAY more fleshed out, as most of it I actually had to look up on wikipedia to figure it out and the fact that most of the time you're escaping/taking over City 17. For instance I couldn't really figure out who exactly were the Combine. I guess I was supposed to figure it out on my own through the bits and pieces that are thrown at you during the course of the game, but common. Also the physics puzzles aren't all that unique. Teeter totters... wow incredible. I know we don't have to create a physics puzzle that involves quantum tunneling (that would be cool anyway), but can we be a little more creative with our knowledge of basic kinematics and classical mechanics? Like try a spinning mass puzzle? Or possibly a simple momentum puzzle?
And finally, give me a freaking release time for Episode 3, thank you.

Off the top of my head:

Return to Castle Wolfenstein is awfully linear, the graphics are unspectacular, the AI is retarded, the stealth levels are a ***** and several weapons are completely redundant.

I love that game so much.

Yeah the story does require alot of "filling in the blanks"

however mabye thats the idea, you dont need to know the whole history to see that this world is seriously messed up and completley different to the one gordon freeman left behined, and its a little more scary, gordon dosnt know what the hell is going

Yeah that nathan guy in Megaton (the one who keeps craping on about how great the enclave are) I found him dead in the middle of megaton and it creeped me out, I actually thourght the enclave had him killed it just came out of nowhere and was never mentioned by anyone

but I realise now it was a glitch or he died from radiation, aparently hes suposed to turn up captured at the enclave base, I cant remember if I found him there it was along time ago

anway at least they fixed the ending in Broken steel (thank god for GOTY edition)
