Over here, we call that theft, so I suppose you're the one waiting for opportunistic revenge on you. Or, you know, an arrest for being a petty criminal.
I don't look at it as stealing, at the end of the day if I didn't take their money then someone else would buy them cigarettes, which is also a crime. Also, when someone 'gives' you money, then it isn't stealing, if I took it from them without their consent, that would be stealing. At the end of the day, Giving a 'stolen' fiver to charity is alot better than buying a 12 year old fags. But hey, that's your opinion, this is my opinion.
