Seeing as I'm a Cthulhu worshiper (check my profile), my first reaction would be to quickly grab my Cthulhu plushie and yell out, "IT'S ABOUT DAMNED TIME!!"

Since he's hands-down the hardest Ancient One to beat in Arkham Horror, I'd figure why bother trying to beat him in real life? Either I'll be spared, or devoured.
