Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. (Atleast, I think it's cult.)

It's perfect if you have read the comics. If not, it's still a perfect gamer flick.

I went into it only on the goodwill of Moviebob. I was a little hesitant because the last time I did it (watchmen) it was really weird and I had no idea what it was. This time it was the most awesome movie I saw the whole year. It was just funny in all the right ways, and actually was good even besides the jokes! The thing had so many things that have never been done before in film, it was just brilliant!

isn't the thing with cult classics that they are always an acquired taste that some people like while others don't.
i really like most of Tarantinos work but i get why people wouldn't like it

The Blues Brothers was a cult film in its time, and it is definitely quite good.

Well, this movie was pretty cool.

Can't help but agree. Moon was an incredible movie, and far more people should have seen it.

Ninja'd again. Another favorite. Love Rockwell in this. After all he is the only actor in this (sort of) and he pulls it off spectacularly.

Most films with Leslie Nielsen in them are pretty good. His 4 best though are Airoplanes! and The Naked Gun: Files From Police Squad 1, 2 and 3. They are 4 of the funniest comedies you will ever see. Oh and Monty python the meaning of Life and The holy Grail are 2 more good comedyies

Last I heard Robocop was a cult film of some kind.

And Robocop is the best movie next to The Dark Knight, except Batman doesn't walk on water, does he?

Repo!-The Genetic Opera
The entire movie is sung, I can't recall any other movie that went the literal opera route.
It's a true love it or hate it movie and I personally love it for many reasons.
I love the songs.

and the movie has a narcissistic, man-whore who wears woman's faces as masks in public and always has a harem of scantily clad women in surgical uniforms.
It's so fun to see reactions when you show it to friends.
I think it's unfairly judged when people compare it to The Rocky Horror Picture Show, the only thing it shares is that it's a weird musical.

I love love love that film. The Coen Brothers are one of (or perhaps my most) favourite writer/directors ever.

Anyway, there are HEAPS of fantastic cult films. You must just be watching the wrong ones. I pretty sure everyone likes Donnie Darko, don't they?

To delve into the slightly more obscure, check out El Topo. It's weird, but awesome imo. John Lennon was a massive fan, so who am I to argue?
