One small problem, I know that I am going to have to sit through High School Musical again, well at least there are three to choose from. Well maybe I'll be lucky and they'll play Hannah Montana instead. Help me
Everytime I watch any of that crap I get physically enraged, I used to enjoy Disney, you back when they actually made good films. I feel like Disney has just given me the finger and spat on my childhood. Anyone else feel that something from their childhood has betrayed them? Excuse me as I prepare myself for the impending doom.
Oh, pal, I really feel your pain--Having recently lost my full-time job, my work has become equivalent to bumming around my mother's house, watching my three-year-old sister to save money on child care, which can be seizure-inducing levels of expensive.Harley Q said:Snip--
But since she's so young, she doesn't have the attention span for movies of that level... And I end up watching it more than she does while she flushes my iPod down the toilet. My fallback becomes Nick Jr, the classic staple of child imagination since I was a kid, back when Nickelodeon was all one channel.Furburt said:I tell you what you've got to do.
Pixar.
Fantasia + Fantasia 2000 are supposed to be out this year, December - are you hyped? I am.Furburt said:But yes, Disney films these days (Excepting the mighty Pixar) are going downhill, fast. I doubt we'll be seeing another Jungle Book or Fantasia level of quality for quite some time.
I love Yo Gabba Gabba - not so much the show but at least the concept. Also, it's the only kid's show in which Elijah Wood shares his 'Dancy-dance' with a bunch of costumed monstrosities.afrosan said:You want to talk about a network going to shit, I suggest you drink a few beers (maybe a case) and try to sit through Yo Gabba Gabba or The Upside Down Show without breaking into tears of despair.
