I also like the idea of no pausing the game, but there were some stations where I wanted it. A lot of times I had to answer my phone or door while in middle of a boss fight. I had no other choice but to die.

Maybe a pause button that will completely stop the game and darken the screen. You can't access the inventory. A real "pause" and not a pause with a inventory menu. And the tablet was also why I want a WiiU version. The inventory management in real time is great for games like this.

And imagine some additional content not related to the gameplay that can be done. Imagine a tour trough the world like with the WiiU Panorama View app. How awesome it would be to view the world as if you were in it. It would unlock new regions as you clear them to prevent you from seeing what is where before you're even there.

I always want to a tour trough the DS world, but with all the enemies it's hard to do that.

EDIT:
Here is a petition for a WiiU version.

Seems like the majority of votes is because people want inventory management on the second screen and because of Miiverse, which is actually a good idea. You get the standard DS communication and when people are stuck they could go on Miiverse and find solutions. You could post more detailed help and it would be completely optional unlike the DS message system.
If they were to put in a pause button, I'd hope that it would just be the black screen. Paused inventory can sometimes feel a bit silly. Like in skyrim where you could pause, completely remove your set of armor, put on another set, eat a hearty meal, consult your map, and chug hundreds of liters of health potion, instantaneously. I don't want that in my dark souls experience.

While dark souls 2 on wiiu wouldn't be enough to make me buy one, I reckon having it on the platform would be a good way to convince people that nintendo are trying to go after the "hardcore" market, rather than just having Reggie Fils-Aime continually tell us that they are. I just hope they don't have the "insert your mii as the player!" rubbish that seems to be present in a heap of nintendo games.

I think we'll have to see. I doubt that From will develop for the wiiu at the same time as everything else, given that they've announced they'll develop for the other platforms already, and I'm not sure that I'd prefer to see it ported to the wiiu post-release over From working on more awesome dlc.

- Better "stealth"
I don't mean anything like Thief or Dishonored. I just want a dedicated stealth button or walking with less sounds on no/light armor. Seriously, I'm a Thief class, ultra light armor, dagger. I walk slowly towards the regular skeleton to backstab him and he turns around while I'm not even in attack range.
There is Rings in the game for that purpose, but even without them you can backstab pretty much anything just by walking at the slowest speed. For some you can be a bit closer, some are about at the edge of backstab range before they notice you. It's a matter of timing.
- Better explanation of what items do
Yeah I know that a ring of protection boosts my protection. But by how much? I don't want to have to calculate everything my self and I don't even know if it's by a fixed value or % based.
Already in game, you can see it in the character stat window and item details.
- Better balance for invading
When I just started, the first guy who invaded me was so ridiculously powerful that I didn't deal 50% damage to his total health with 3 backstabs and he 1 shoted me trough my shield.
Was intended. You can avoid them by either staying hollow for everything except summoning. Alternatively you have the possibility of getting everything he has at the same level, it just requires work.

- A dedicated PvP arena
Something like a third world where people can invade it and fight against each other. Both will be phantoms.
Already ingame since the DLC
