If Wonder Woman is a hit, then there's hope. Otherwise, not really.
The first thing I would do is fire David Goyer. The second thing I would do is to fire whoever was in charge of editing the final cut of BvS and Suicide Squad. The third thing I would do is slow every project down by at least six months and make sure the scriptwriter is given more than six weeks to write the script. The fourth thing I would do is sit Zack Snyder down and force him to watch all fifty-two episodes of the 90s Justice League cartoon. The fifth thing I would do is give Ben Affleck a sack of money and as much time as he wants in order to write and direct a Batman solo film, on whatever timetable he's comfortable working with, so long as it comes out sometime before 2022. The sixth thing I would do is hire Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan.

I didn't find Man of Steel to be that bad.
Batman v Superman was for me very confusing, I've heard the extended one fixes a lot of it, but I think a movie should be able to stand on its feet in the cinemaversion.
Suicide Squad I thought was a fun little movie but nothing special.
I hope WonderWoman is good, as I do with every movie I watch
I mean the Marvel movies, for me when I've walked out the theather, a few of them, have had me feeling like "That was fu**ing awesome!" while no DC movie (are we counting the Batman trilogy into that? because I liked all 3 of them) lately has had that impact, but then again there are a lot more of the Marvel movies.
As in what to fix?

I'm not enough into comics to know what Marvel and DC do differently in their movies to tell them what to fix, in case it has something to do with source material or so. Maybe try other heroes than Batman and Superman?

To the kind of people who believe they actually need fixing they most certainly never will.
To the kind of people who think they're fine the way they are they're already set to continue longer than they have any right too. I mean for a fan seven films(at least) is plenty. Certainly alot more than most people get.

Course correcting this late into the game is kinda pointless. Either go full HAM and do something like Injustice or go back to stand alone movies. Would personally love it if this whole universe was blinked out of existence from the Anti Monitor.
I think the biggest problem with DCEU is that I don't care about the characters. And it feels like WB is trying to correct this by being more jokey and quippy, which is just a distraction from the fact that these characters have no character.

Well, for a good DC Cinematic Universe, we need more than Batman, that is kind of the point. But people keep messing with it too. Joker and Robin getting alot of...too much "creativity".Silentpony said:

I think the fact that I don't even care enough anymore to criticize the DCEU shows how badly it's doing.
One tip is if this is how you introduce one of your characters, particular one who is a part of the main team...
Fire your writer and your director. If they happen to be the same person like in this case, it's even easier.
Also, it's bad writing to introduce a character by saying their sword traps the souls of its victims, and not have her trap someone's soul in it during the movie.

Is this you talk dude? Superhero stuff? I mean at this point your avatar should be Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Hulk, or Spawn.
I'd support this so long as we work off of them being well established Lanterns. With respect to both actors, I think that if you're going to do an origin story for a superhero, you should start younger than mid-forties.
