I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a strange item, but, it being male, or female, doesn't make a difference in this.
Shouldn't one be shocked that it's a person hacked/chewed asunder rather than what kind of a person it was?
I'd probably garner that they chose a well endowed female at the end of the day to appeal to the bulk of their audience (and the fact that when you think of "island", visages of aesthetically appealing people in swimsuits/bikinis are immediate), but I don't really see the misogyny of it. I see a mutilated torso.
