I think most anime fans have seen or heard of the show death note. However for those who haven't let me explain to you what the death note does, so you'll find it easier answering my question.

"The death note is basically a note book with the power to kill anyone whose name is written inside it, by heart attack within 40 seconds". However it can also cause deah by accident, if you say what the accident was and what time it takes place.

So my question is, if you were granted such a power what would you do with it? Would you give it away? Or would you use it for your own personal gain?

Myself personally would just use it when ever it's needed most, say for example some men broke into my house and threatened my family, I would probably use it then to save their lives.

So the question again what would you use the death note for?

You should of added that you need to be able to picture their face as well because many people are writing stuff like:

I'd lock it away and use it if someone like Stalin or Hitler showed up in a nation somewhere. Oh, so I guess I'd use it on Hugo Chavez, Kim Jong Il and Mahmoud Ahmadenijad.

I would do the same as you, just kill the major threats to the world, but not go crazy like Light and try to stop crime altogether and such.

I don't know about any of you, but I would never gamble my soul. I'd likely destroy the Death Note.
