Option 1.

Option 2 would be far more painful, at least for me. There's no way I could stand endless limbo. Also, while fighting all those terrible monsters will definitely be frightening, I will have had the battles of more than a thousand lifetimes.

Ok, let's say that hypothetically, you have died.
You go to the gates of the afterlife, and are presented with two options

1) You are sent into hell, and must battle and defeat every single boss that you have ever beaten in a video game.
For each boss, you are given the equipment, armor, and weapons that you first used to defeat them in the game, i.e., battling the Tank from L4D, you might be given an AK-47 and pain pills, whereas if you are battling the Brute Chieftain, you would be given MJOLNIR armor and the signature halo assault rifle. However, your physical and mental shape remain the same as they are right now, so you may find yourself exhausted after only a few swings of Kratos's blades when up against Ares.
You feel every prick of pain put upon you by the bosses, but you have unlimited lives, though you will be forced to consciously witness and feel your own death many, many times.
If you succeed in defeating every single boss, and depending on your gaming repertoire there may be hundreds of them, you win access into heaven. In heaven are all of your dead friends and relatives, along with all of the bro-tastic characters from every game that you've every played, i.e, Garrus, Sgt. Johnson, Captain Price, The Entire Cast of TF2, etc.

2) You are sent to limbo for all eternity. Floating in nothingness forever, but hey, you don't have to watch yourself get disembowled over and over.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
Option one being how good I am with guns and swords (in real life) and considering that I don't play some of the games you mentioned... hardest bosses (if real) would probably be... Ultimate 9 Ball (AC:MoA), and Saddler (RE4)

other then that I can really see myself slaughtering many things with mech suits (provided weapons :p) and spreadguns (how can you lose with spreadguns?)

An interesting question, but fighting every boss I've ever defeated *looks at those online games he shouldn't of been playing but hormones took over, and how they are "defeated"*

Yeah... Umm... I think I'll go with option two, there are some things best left unsaid, or that I'd prefer NOT to have happen first-hand...

Option 3: You don't believe in a heaven or hell so you just cease to exist after death. That's my choice. Besides, limbo would be boring, and while facing the bosses from my games wouldn't be too painful, I have to think of the bosses from Dead Space and how they... tear you apart and such, if you fail. Ouchies.

Well I'll jump on the bandwagon and go with option number one...Though how in the world am I supposed to kill three, no four, giant dragons, and a crap load of little ones?

If I can have a Rocky training montage after the first few defeats, option 1. No, wait, option 1 regardless. I'd get bored in Limbo, and I love my beloved too much not to try to get them.

Also, I get to choose the soundtrack in the background. Either something awesome, or something atrocious to provoke me.

Option 1. There is virtually a guarentee I would get into heaven because I have infinte chances of defeating every boss. Plus, the games I've played haven't been that hard. :p

EDIT: And defeating the bosses myself would make me feel like a total badass!! Plus I've always wanted to fire a Spartan Laser. Damn! I can't really think of any reason to take the second option... the first one is just awesome. :)

Go to hell. I will get my ass kicked a few thousand times. Evenetually, I'll beat the whole repertoire.
Then I will go to Heaven, and kick God out of there for being a dick.

I would always go Option 1, because at least there is a sense of purpose existence.
Plus, Option 2 would be too much like my life now 8/

Option 1 sounds scary, but the thought of nothingness for eternity is my greatest fear. Like in Misfits, where Nathan is immortal and buried alive - thus stuck in a coffin for the rest of eternity. That terrifies me. So option 1, I guess.

Out of the question, number one, I don't have such a bad endurance although I wouldn't want to battle the bosses from ninja gaiden.
or the
mass effect 2
Giant human Reaper

Option 1.

I will meet Tali. I freakin' will.
And by meet, you mean do.

I'd go option 1. It would definitely be interesting. I don't even remember what bosses I have faced over the years. I would spend a lot of the time fighting Saren just talking to him. He didn't talk enough in my opinion.

Ooh! Are we counting racing bosses? Because I just went back through Crash Team Racing. An oldie but a goodie.

*Edit: Isn't God also essentially creating a trial by fire in which he will forge an endless army of incredibly badass, super strong, pissed off gamers who are really angry that he just made them go through all that and will bring their collective wrath down upon his omniscient ass?
