Option 1 please! I'd have a good time (when not being horribly mutilated) with the novelty of every scene change, getting all sorts of fun weaponry etc
Also if they're bosses I've beaten already I will at least have an idea to go about killing them! Just... I would be dreading any sort of Final Fantasy boss though... I mean how am I going to beat Sephiroth if I've not spent an entire game powering up and have to be my own stupid self?!
Hey, OP, do, uh, party members count? There is no way I'd ever be able to beat some bosses.

Although, at least I'd get the satisfaction of punching Lance upside the face. FUCK YOU AND YOUR UNDERLEVELED DRAGONITE!
I think you've found the one loophole! Hurray for games like Left 4 Dead and Killing Floor! Yeah, I'd go with option one...*Remembers he's playing Amnesia and all the horrible memories* Uhhh...Is there a third option not involving my sanity coming into questi--*Remembers the guy from Amnesia was normal* Oh wait yeah ok. Although I'm screwed when it comes to Shadow of the Colossus, Just Cause 2, and Demon's Souls. But I will enjoy Plants Vs. Zombies and Portal!

Option 2. Cause what am I going to do in Heaven?
n heaven are all of your dead friends and relatives, along with all of the bro-tastic characters from every game that you've every played, i.e, Garrus, Sgt. Johnson, Captain Price, The Entire Cast of TF2, etc.

OT: Option 1 all the way! I'd become the ultimate badass then get to be all nostalgic with Garrus when I finally meet him again after defeating ever ME Boss with him at my side!

Edit: Also Meta-gaming FTW!I'd take advantage of knowing their secret moves and abilities in advance.

I'm wondering about the times I'd need double jump... Playing Crash Bandicoot just made my life/death much harder.
Other than that, I've got Lucien, at AT-AH, Jedi, Scion's, Harbinger's, Praetorian (*2), H. Reaper, Fontaine, Big Daddy's & Little Sisters, numerous helicopter gunships & support helicopters and another plethora of things.

They are providing ammo right?

Also, I get to choose the soundtrack in the background. Either something awesome, or something atrocious to provoke me.
This would be the silver lining.

That depends, is someone else in Limbo?

I would probably choose option 2, since if a lot of people are going to go to Limbo thanks to the Mexican Civil War.

Otherwise, option 1 would be fine, since I just need to defeat all the bosses from Half Life, Portal, Max Payne, Stubbs the Zombie, Super Meat Boy, and some more.

The only bosses I would have a lot of trouble with are the ones from Splatterhouse and Castlevania but the rest I could probably do after a couple of tries.

If you have beaten a boss more than once do you have to fight it more than once? I'm assuming no. In that case yes as nothingness would drive me insane. besides i would win eventually....

Eh, I don't think I'd really be able to beat all the bosses I've beaten in my entire life, so I'll just... Wait, the cast of TF2 is in Heaven with me? BRING IT ON!!!

In all seriousness though, some of those bosses would be nigh on impossible. Unless superpowers count as a weapon, games like InFamous are going to be impossible to beat. Guess I'll be spending a lot of time with Sasha. Crap.

Neither. I refuse to believe in an afterlife, and if there IS an afterlife, then presumably it would be controlled by one of these so called "benevolent" gods, who I then refuse to believe would send me into one of these situations upon my death.

Therefore I would destroy god with my superior logic and ascend to a higher level of being and understanding. And then I would become god. And I would be a bastard. And thus I would prove my logic was in fact, a lie and so screw over countless generations of humans for all eternity.

I win.

option 1 anyday! i'd rather experience limited pain than an eternity of nothingness! anyway, i'm not a fan of overly violent games so it shouldn't be that bad, although i don't see how im going to beat the Majora's Mask bosses in my normal form when they're all taylored to only be beaten in Goron/Zora/Deku form

Option 1.

Sounds like the Jean Claude Van Damme version of Groundhog Day.

Pain sucks, and though it would never really get to the point where you're completely numb to it, at least I have the chance, however long it may be, to still achieve a goal, not to mention to actually DO something instead of going insane in nothingness for all eternity. Nothingness sounds worse than Hell, in my book.

Also, very glad that I never played any of the Contra games, or Demon's Souls

I'd also immediately regret ever playing Demon's Souls.
"Demon souls, wow thats going to be a lot of deaths!"
