As much as I liked Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker's gameplay, the franchise's story ended with MGS4 for me. Every loose end tied up, Big Boss's actual defection preserved as a myth, but still explained, and just an awesome farewell to Solid Snake and the others.

Peace Walker is just milking the cash cow now... Not that MGS4 did not please the fans and all that, but this? This is just too obvious.

The FF7 Compilation doesn't count (except for most of Zack's story, but nix every reference to Genesis, and just replace Big Bad with "other AWOL SOLDIER members").

My bad, I merely meant Deus Ex 1, the first, as in not Invisible War - personal opinion, 'The Conspiracy' sounds better than '1', and the games should have been a single entity, not a franchise attempt - no sequels.

Series 4 of 'Coupling' was just a hallucination of Jane's after the sheer awesomeness of Jeff's antics in the true season 4 caused her to have a breakdown, and invent a different, much shittier character in order to cope.
