This should be pretty obvious.

For me it is Resident Evil 5. I played it Co-op with a friend who never played on the PS3 before. Because we were both new at the game we had alot of fun making up tactics about who has to go where and setting up meeting points to switch ammo.

Though i never bought the game..

It's either Just Cause 2 or Red Faction: Guerilla.

Sadly, both demos were actually much, much better than the actual games.

haha good story...i gotta admit, i had most fun with ps2 demos, and im sure theres a load i cant remember...but it pains me to admit i remember having the most fun with some weird game called 'a dogs life' or something like that. you controlled a dog and did some random tasky things, it was total crap but i seem to remember having a good laugh haha.

never, ever saw that game being sold anywhere though o.o hahaha. memories:']

Uh... That's a tough one. I haven't really played many demos to be honest. I'd have to say the Clank half of the Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time Demo. The puzzles were clever, fun, and, to be honest, a little easy, but it was still enough to convince me to buy the full game.

Woah, nice number of posts, bloody hell haha xD.

but yeah i agree with red faction too...but oh god, i really hated the JC2 demo but heard the game was actually worth getting and i was thinking of picking up a copy; think you mightve convinced me otherwise haha.

Nah, if you didn't like the demo you will hate the full game.

The demo was good because it gave you a bunch of fun destruction to do within a time limit. It really teased you about being able to unlock more fun stuff when you actually bought the game.

But that is what the game was: Exactly the same, only bigger and more repetitive.

If you don't have variation in those kind of games they get old fast

JC2 I think is quite enjoyable. The missions are rubbish, the cutscenes are rubbish... Well, the only thing enjoyable about the game for me is sneaking into bases, plant Remote-detonated explosives on everything destructable there and make a Bond-like escape on some kind of vehicle. I've even taken it so far as to plan my course of action before taking it, and even making backup plans. I like that sort of stuff tho =p.

It's also awesome to drive your car off a cliff, jump out into your parachute and see the 10-or-so police cars following you plummit to the ground =).

Just Cause 2 is a terrific demo. Best demo ever? Castle Wolfenstein 3d. I played the heck out of that.

Add Brutal Legend to that.

Lying bastard of a demo promised me an awesome set-piece based hack'n'slash and I got a crap RTS.

I quite enjoyed Red Faction though, destroying things was good fun.

Burnout 2 demo. I played Big Surf Shores so many times that when I finally bought the full game, I completely destroyed that track.

Oh god, yes!

That demo got me pumped like nobody's business, and then it goes and disappoints me with the RTS stuff.
