Describe your "dream" game

I'd like to know what people consider their perfect games,Mine would have to be a realistic ninja game with a combat system that allows you to target body parts instead of just being naff hack and slash,You would be in disguise for the first part of the mission then once you have gotten enough intel as it were you would suit up and take down your target.
Or maybe you wouldn't take them down with force but words (Finding out a targets dirty deeds and history could make sure they don't dare harm you or your clan)

I think it could be a good co-op game as well (yeah sue me) haha

A game with no limitations, where you can do whatever you want without fear of death or running out of time. Sort of like Little Big Planet with even more possibilities.

That or a fighting game that has a huge roster of characters from other games.

Battlefield: W40k.

Every codex race playable, every weapon, and every reasonable sized vehicle available to use.

Add to that things like Orbital Bombardment etc, huge support powers, and I'd play that for days.

I would but it happens to be four games long and the plotline of the entire first game and end of the third game are proven to be lies and it ends with all life in the universe being wiped out and then being reborn.
or just my second person-perspective Idea (the main character is blind so she sees through the vision of enemies, animals, and even security cameras, much like the fixed-camera angles in the resident evil games only more interactive)

oblivion was the closest thing to it. but i dont want the magic and goblins and elves. i want it to be more realistic, and maybe choose which country/kingdom you play in.

Resident Evil 4 style combat combined with GTA4 style sandbox, implemented in a system akin to the Battlezone series. At first, your character starts out as a lone survivor. As he goes along, however, he can eventually gather together enough supplies and fellow survivors to build a base of operations they can act out of and try to reclaim the city.

I'd say a proper full roaming x-men game with a few characters (just so they could be properly developed and not cheapened)
Imagine being able to jump off the empire statebuilding as wolverine and get back up again and just brush it off like it was nothing 8D

Or levelling an enemy building as cyclops,changing the weather on a whim as storm,jumping through the city as beast and spinning on flagpoles and doing handstands on the tiniest ledges.

Agreed,Magic has always dissapointed me in games,not enough reward for my liking.

A game about a gamer who has seperate recurring dreams. There are three that are the three main ones. The first is from the perspective of a mech pilot In a finely tuned mech combat game. Where you can customise It and it has fast paced vertical combat. The second is from he perspective of a zombie survival game about barricading places, equipment modification and repair, and teamwork. The final is a generic RPG with character building like Oblivion and gameplay like DMC. And there are smaller games inbetween, like an RTS dream here, a 2d platformer there. And you play through the daytime as homages to classic games, liek frogger, Galaga, or Crazy Taxi.

I've not seen much on Twisted Metal, but my dream game, well I have two really, are Aliens and Predator themed. One would be set in modern day, where Aliens have inexplecably got on Earth and have severely crippled it. You play as one guy/girl in a RPG style like Fallout 3, in other words real free-roam and a giant map, with tons to explore, and lots of quests. You basically get to explore, and kill the Aliens, and there are different types of Aliens, and they are difficult to kill, because they're fast, agile, can see in the dark and have acidic blood.

Another is kind of a sequel to Aliens vs Predator (2010), with bits from Predators in as well. Putting next bit in spoilers because it contains spoilers from the game and the film.
<spoiler=Spoilerific> You play as the Predator in AVP, who at the end has become some kind of Predator legend due to his exploits, skills, and the awesome helmet which was some kind of legendary helmet or something, and he returns home to become a kind of Predator King.

This is where the bits from the film Predators come in. The black bigger predators from the film declare war on the normal ones (the king of which you play as as mentioned) about halfway through the game, and you lead Predator hunting paries against them and stuff, doing stealthier missions and all out war.

But I said halfway through the game, the first half you get to hunt awesome alien animals, and kill some Humans who have done the thing all humans do in these movies, get involved for some reason that they shouldn't, which requires them defacing sacred Predator shit and needing to be killed. By you. Because they're on your turf, home boy. [/spoiler]
