When I played paintball (woodsball FTW) I was most often the guy on my team throwing out orders as far as attack plans. For some reason my plans damn near always got me killed but my team always did well.

I'm the "Dave". Look it up on urban-dictionary; I fit most of the stereotypes it lists.

In airsoft I prefer to stay out of the action and provide my squad with information from a vantage point, taking out important targets with my VSR10 G-spec.

In general life and gaming I will take the role that is required, even if it's one I don't particularly want to do.

I'm the tank I just take damage and shrug it off like nothing.
in basket ball I'm defence stop the ball going into our hoop.
in rugby I'm a blocker if my team has the ball you will not have it back if I'm blocking
im also the funny guy on the team providing encouragement and making boob jokes at every possible moment.

Oh god. This just reminds me of fucking higher PE. Ughh. Please don't make me answer this....ach fine.

In hockey, I'm the guy who controls the play in the midfield. I both organise the defence and set up the attacks. I control distribution between the backs and out onto the wings...yaydeyaydeyay. There.....FUCK YOU SQA!!!

I'm usually the loon who charges in laughing like an idiot and frothing at the mouth, swinging and firing wildly at anything that moves, and using high explosives in tight spaces. So I guess I'd be the distraction/shock trooper of the group. I die a LOT, but I also have a lot of fun doing what I do! Especially when I hear the enemy team start shouting and going "WTF where'd he come from oh my god AH DIE!"

Sports? I don't play sports. At all.

I am a leader, I lead, its a natural thing, whenever I am with friends they all end up doing whatever I want to do, I am able to recognize the best abilities of others and expliot them for the good of the team, I am know to be excelent at making strategies, and if i know I cant come up with one I step down and ask the others what do they think, choosing almost always the better option (when given)

thats who I am, it might sound like a lie, but I excell on team work because I know how to make a team "work"

IRL im a good tackler in rugby, on games im that assault/medic/distraction/jack-ass of the group who makes sure there isnt much cover left for the enemy to hide behind or distrcat the enemy while my team sneak behind and ass-rape the lot of them...ive gotten rather good at the last part...

I'm the reliable one, who you can always count on to be where I need to be, when you need it.

I'm a kind of aggressive support person, not the one to charge, but when you do, you can be sure I'm in your footsteps, and taking care of things that are not right in front of you.

Oh, and to me helping the team is everything. Sometimes, like when I play Airsoft, the team needs someone to hold off the enemy team, and probably die trying.

And that's me!

I am the "nay sayer" or as I like to call it the "voice of reason." I am the one who says "this is a bad idea bacause..." At work I am the programmer so I am often the one who has the best understanding of the technology we are working with.

In games I consider myself diverse in what I can do. I could fill the medic role, the sniper role, the engineer, or an assault role.
I also enjoy being the suicidal idiot. Somehow when I want to kill myself and someone else, IT NEVER WORKS(as in, I live they die)

I'm the guy on the team that gets things done. I've dragged teammates to victory, literally while they fight against me to make us lose. I also sneak into bases and capture flags by myself a lot. You might say this isn't really team minded gameplay, but it tends to work well. I support my team when I'm around them, but generally I break away so there isn't a group of us hanging around.

That and it's easier for one guy to slip into a base and wait for pick up unnoticed than for 4 guys to do that.

Basketball - the playmaker.
Football - passer, dribbler, speed merchant

UT2k4 - hitscan oriented, so I guess I'm a supporting figure, although I'm not that bad with the flak.

In Elementary school, I was the dude who collected all the balls and distributed them evenly in dodgeball.

I'll let you assume the rest.

Somewhere between support and general duty. I play a lot of basketball, and I do everything from setting up screens to general defense to shooting in the same game. I'll do whatever's required to win, I think of myself as a very cerebral player.
