Did you get banned on any other forums?

I got banned in my first day and post in GameSpot for saying that I'm 13.

And it wasn't disrespectful BTW, but seriously not every underage teenager is immature enough to make everyone's life miserable!

i haven't done anything yet, as i was being good until i got my neo badge. but i feel like there is going to be some disciplinary action against me on these forums very soon...

How? You never do anything crazy or against the rules.

OT: I've only received disciplinary action here, but they are for pretty bullshit things.
Funnily enough a lot of posts that I make that I believe should get mod attention don't.

My mom got banned from a forum because the owner didn't like her political opinions.

I got a one day probation for a low content post. A dude said I was now breathing manually and I replied "hate". Because that lost me Neo I later bluntly called a dude an attention whore because he was pandering for compliments.

No, but I have had my threads locked before on other forums.

For example, if you go to the Skyrim forum on Beth's website, every thread topic is a poll. Well, after reading polls and replying to them for a week straight I had a good one. I typed it up and it got locked. Figures. There's like 8 polls on the front page, mine was original and had a purpose... and it gets locked. *shrug*

I usually stop going to a forum when that happens.

i was being good until i got my reward. now i don't have to, so i'll probably speak my mind a lot more often. that's never made me terribly popular. and this site is a huge mess, with easily offended moderators, so it's only a matter of time now.

I have had one probation, but I consulted the mods here, and we got it sorted out. I usually keep it clean. Thats what VIRGIL would want.

I never really gave a shit and said whatever I felt, so I'll probably never get the Neo badge.
Meh, though. I'd rather have things be more interesting than bend over and take it whenever someone doesn't like it when I say something "edgy".

I got banned once in another forum for like 3 hours till it was sorted out.


Funny story too, I linked an image directly off of google search and that site it belonged to had one of those screens that pop up that tell you not to hotlink from them...only...the image contained shemale porn apparently. I never actually saw it, I don't know how it worked but for my PC it showed the normal image I had hotlinked...suffice it to say people were weirded out and I couldn't figure out why since nobody actually said what it was, only that it was crazy or disgusting...and well...the image I was actually posting was that but it wasn't porn XD.

Anyways, once I made a second account and explained it out the thankfully believed me and it ended there .

Banned from the Elder Scrolls forums. Their interpretation of civility (the usual watchword) there is that of a pre-school teacher shepherding emotionally fragile refugee students. And for all that no one is more polite or friendly than this forum. Plus they have a non-expiring three strikes ban system like some bass ackward county in Texas.

Hell, I got asked to moderate a site run by a friend I made on one of those sites, just because I had a reputation for not getting into trouble.
