I lurked for about a year and a quarter or something like that before I joined. It was quite along time ago so I am not 100% on the time frame but it was atleast a year of lurking before registering.

I can't say that I did. As soon as I made an account and watched a few Zero Punctuation videos, I jumped right into the forums and began making a name for myself, especially in the Forum Games and RP board.

I lurked for far too long. For basically the entire duration of Doomsday Arcade, up until they released episode 23 or 24, that and Zero Punctuation kept me coming back for weekly checkups. Then, when I started my profile I had to re-watch all my favorite stuff to get teh 'cheevos. Wasn't exactly punishment I suppose.

I finally realized that the forums were actually fairly awesome here, not the usual bag of grief and flame war. Glad I decided to finally jump in.

I came to the site for Zero Punctuation, occasionally went back to the main page and followed news or forum links. I signed up to vote in this years March Madness thing. The community seems better than most so I came back sometimes when bored and read forums / posted a bit.

I lurked for over a year before I joined. I never really felt like posting, so I just read the forums, and the news, and stuff. Then came march madness, which I still didn't register. Then came another march madness and I registered. And now I still lurk, I just have an account to go with it.
