You're pretty sure that the guy you see kidnapping everyone and giving them instructions throughout the movie is the killer, but when the convincingly dead-looking body that was laying in the middle of the floor since the beginning of the movie stood up and walked out, locking Adam in the room, I shat myself. Also, finding out that the killer was part of the game as well was pretty crazy.
The second one took me a bit longer to get, but when I did, it amazing. There's a cop and he's watching his son play the game on camera, and Jigsaw tells him that he'll find his sone in a safe place if he just talks to him for a while. By the end, there's a guy with a knike chasing his son through the house. The cop can't take it anymore, and he makes Jigsaw take him to the house. When he gets there, no one can see him on the cameras. The whole thing had already happened, and he'd been watching the tapes of it the whole time. The other cops back at Jigsaw's headquarters see a safe open, and the cop's son falls out with an oxygen mask on. A safe place, indeed.
