And I, at the age of sixteen, have yet to ask anyone out. I have a few confidence issues. Some people take me as untrustworthy because I'm too shy to look them in the eye.
There has been a few girls that I have attempted to get closer to, however, but it always ends up with them thinking of me as a brother. Do you have any idea how bloody annoying that is? I'm one of the few that actualy does that "smacking my head against the wall" thing.
At 16 I was asked out by a 27 year old...and 2 would be good years followed. Well the start was good anyway, the rest was just ok I guess. As for asking someone out I've only done it once and I got rejected, but she was polite about it at least. But like you I am most the time too shy to look people in the eye. I always think they think I'm ignoring them or not listening. As for the brother thing I don't think I've had that, girls either stay away from me or talk to me because they think I'm cute/hot or whatever.
Well, there you go. You have that hot/cute thing going on. All I've got is my words, which nobody cares for anymore.

I constantly feel like I annoy everyone that I speak to and that everyone hates me and is judging me all the time. I think that my friends would easily be rid of me if they had the chance to. I'm not a bad guy; I'm actually very nice to people, but it seems like nobody is nice back to me. And just to clarify, I'm a Junior in High School.
Sounds like your low self esteen causes you to act overly nice witch makes others treat u whit less repsect... my addive, be less kind:O

As for my "BIG" secret?! hmm i drink from the milk carton (bad me!)

To be honest I wish I was able to talk girls. I find you can do a lot with just words (you just have to find the girls that still show respect instead of only going for the way you act or whatever...not an easy thing to come across it seems nowadays). But I'm too shy and me trying to talk to a girl in person without them initiating the conversation is near impossible most times.

Hell, I don't really know how to talk to girls either. I kinda just wing it.
However, if you're talking about girls you don't know, or barely know, it's impossible for me to talk to them at all without a friend there to bridge the gap.

Yeah exact same problem as me. The only time I seem to be able to talk to girls is in the workplace...since well I really have no choice. I'm the only guy who works in the deli department and am surrounded by cute girls, I'm not gonna complain about it.:p (I do hate my job though)

Yes, you get to stare at tasty stuff all day long. Also, you work with food. Yes.
I'm sorry, but not doing it would have been sinfull.

Ummmmmmm............I have read the entire new jedi order series 4 times. Oh, and I've never finished a Final Fantasy game either. I still watch more cartoons than anything else. I'm not ashamed to go see a Kids movie like Wall-e, because Pixar movies are f-ing sweet, and I enjoyed the Kingdom Hearts games.

Aye, I also watch more cartoons than anything else, am unashamed to go see a kids movie and enjoyed the kingdom hearts games. Y'know why? Because we're both man-children. And being a man-child is awesome.

I like Halo 3 and SSBB.

I sometimes become very anxious about my appearance because sometimes I get to thinking that my lips are too big (I'm a guy so that's a problem).

I'm 19 and I've never been on a date in my life. I'm getting very close to "falling for" this girl I work with, but I've never had the guts to ask her out and other guys always beat me to her anyway. I'm afraid that I will never experience romance. It actually keeps me up at night sometimes.
My guy has huge lips, like, black guy lips. They're absolutely the best lips I've ever kissed. Don't worry about your lips. Chicks dig pillow lips, they feel good. =]
And work + relationships don't really go that well from what I've gone through but if you think she's worth it and that you two can handle the stress then go for it.

As far as never experiencing romance? You're still very young, I wouldn't worry too much about that part.

Dirty secret? I love kid's movies too, it's all I go to see in the theaters, altho I did watch Wanted and I LOVED IT!
(Another secret, I'd make sweet sweet love to Angelina Jolie. My man NOT included!)

I think I'm falling in love with a girl who has a boyfriend. We made out a few times but she doesn't want to hurt her boyfriend so she put an end to it. Her boyfriend is a piece of shit though. He dropped out of high school two years ago and lives at home. He has a minimum wage job but he spends all his money on pot. She ends up paying most of his bills and for all of the meals they eat together. She's just too kind to end it. I feel like i can give her better, but I'd feel like such a horrible person asking her to leave him for me.

So show her a good time. If you don't live at home invite her out for a day on the town as friends, go to a mall and buy her something nice. Take her to a cool restaurant and pay for it. Then invite her back to your place for cards/movie etc.
Show her how much better it would be with YOU instead of HIM, it's one of the only ways to make her hate him and want to be with you.

Well, first we wait and see if your prediction comes true. The we'll decide if you're crazy.

Actualy, I've had more than a few "true dreams" myself. Someone should start a thread on the times that you or someone you know has had a premonition. Not me, of course, I'm too lazy.

My dirty little secret would be that (try as I might), I am not a Crab.
