you may be a noobtuber, a camper or a nade spammer. we all have our dirty tactics that we love, my personal favourite is in BFBC2 covering a quad (ATV in USA) with C4 and driving it into the objective instantly destroying it. it feels wrong but it gets the job done

so i ask my fellow escapees, what dirty tactics do you use?

I know it's cheap, but Shotgun + Upgrades = Sniper Shotgun...absurdly well, and most people rage when I do it...

Oh and C4ing buildings with several people inside...that makes me chuckle.

winning.

i know its bad of me to beat you, but its fun to make you rage over it.

back on topic: uhm i try not to use any cheap tactics..it makes me feel cheap and the kills undeserved, but im a huge demolitions guy and i analyze where people go on maps very well, so nearly anytime i set down a claymore or mine or w/e, 90% of the time i get a kill with it.

yeah im an expert with those AT mines in BC2, i can predict movements and often on rush when defending i will set them prematurly at the roads to the NEXT base

Throwing grenades in lost planet 1+2 and shooting them in mid air to create an airburst effect or something along those lines. Definitely more original than people just throwing a grenade to knock you off balance and using the shotgun to finish you.

Did the same thing in modern warfare, cooked the sucker long enough so it never actually landed and just detonated mid air. More intelligent and tactful than camping/tubing/spawn killing any day

I use the Gustav CG or what ever it is on BFBC2, just started playing it, I only use it when the whole team is doing crap. It's shocking how effective it is.

Not a game thing, and I don't really think it's a dirty tactic, but in arguments beginning with "Ok, let's just assume that everything you've said is true" and the proceeding to point out why they're stupid. I've actually had a co-worker insist that I not assume that what he said was true...it confused me greatly.

Always wondered how it works, does it detonate itself then? Can this only work on MCOM stations or could I plow into a building and make it go boom?

I often return noobtube fire, rather than be the bigger man and shoot them.

*writes down what you do for future tactical knowledge...*

Well, anyways, I dont actually use dirty tactics, partially because I dont want to be known as the cheap bastard, and mostly because they tend to backfire. Though I do use the Heartbeat sensor and GL in MW2, because that 9 out of 10 times allows me at least another minute to my life.

R.U.S.E, making 100 russian heavy artillery bases and surrounding them by AA and AT and then hide infantry in the woods so when they come in with their infantry they get ambushed. Or spamming rocket trucks is always cheap.

I don't put a mine/C4 on the flag, everybody expects that. I put it on all routes leaving the flag area, watch the carrier pick it up, start his way back aaaaand *click*.

Mount and Blade Warband: Having a high Athletics level, running backwards with 30+ enemies, and just hacking up and down. The front guy never gets to hit me, and I headshot them each time. Mega pwnage.

Also in the original Mount and Blade: Couched Lance spamming. Seriously, I'd just lower the lance and ride in circles.

Enjoy that while you can, Reapers are getting nerfed next patch.

OT. Not super cheap, but I love rocket jumping all the dirtbag snipers on 2Fort.

Me and my friend used to roll IED's on FarCry 2 down this hill that went straight into the enemy spawn, nobody knew where they came from, and we set up every match so that we were on the right side to do it. We got 30 kills each game and loads of hate messages, it was fucking great. I also get a lot of cheap kills by throwing grenades at doorways or walls when I'm being chased, it works very well on Halo with plasma grenades and on COD with Semtex.

Me and my friend do a little dirty tactic on this one starcraft 2 map.
It has 2 pathways at the middle so we build our first defenses their then keep on building defense. In the end their are photon cannons, bunkers and turrets covering the entire length of the map. Because we control the majority of resources we just defend until the enemy runs low. Takes awhile and the opponents hate our guts by the end of it but it works and is a lot of fun to do. Its like a holdout mission but your opponents aren't computers who try interesting flanking attempts.
