So what were your favorite products that they don't make anymore?

Some of mine include:

Josta. This was a soda made by Pepsi and was one of the earliest attempts to introduce Gaurana to America. It was super tasty, but they axed it after a pretty short run.

Crest green tea mint toothpaste. It smelled amazing.

Snapple Elements (Rain, Fire, Thunder etc.) They featured relatively new ingredients at the time such as dragonfruit and agave nectar. Kind of like Sobe, but they tasted amazing.

Dweebz. From Wonka, essentially huge Nerds candies.

The curry chicken/the unagi sushi at Fred Meyer delis

The things I like will always be around, like meat, fruit, and mushrooms. Never had to deal with any of those products going out of style, hèhèhèh!

3D Doritos. Specifically, the Jalapeno Cheddar. Loved those things, even if they did cut up the roof of my mouth.

One Sweet Whirled, my favorite Ben & Jerry's flavor. It was the best coffee ice cream I've ever had. There's quite a few Ben & Jerry's flavors that I miss, but this one easily tops the list.

Everyone is listing food and I was gonna say GBA micro.

The old GBA games aged really well, I had a regular chunky GBA when I was younger, but I always wanted a micro, more portable plus the ability to play in any lighting was a real sweet deal. Sadly that never happened and it was discontinued, but I still intend to get one somehow, most likely through e-bay or something.

Trix cereal! I used to love that stuff and I remember when they stopped making it. Of course it wasn't the healthiest...and it did some weird things to my body, but it was tasty. I heard they still sell it in America, but they changed the look of the cereal, like from the wonderful fruit shapes to just plain balls. Can you still buy Trix in America?

Really? I can imagine wanting the light, but I thought the SP was much better since it played regular gameboy games, although I had neither the micro nor SP.

OT: I always talk about how I liked the drink Surge as a kid. I can't remember anything about it, but I'd try it again if I could. And it would probably be a lot worse than I had expected.

Mountain Dew Ultraviolet. Loved that stuff but only got to have it a couple of times before they axed it.

But you know what I really miss? It's not a product but more of a concept. Quality. I have a can opener that was handed down to me by my mother. It's 35 years old and has seen use almost every day of that 35 years and it's STILL going strong. I bought a new can opener to take on a road trip, the thing lasted three months before breaking. A girlfriend had a coffee pot that lasted for over a decade before breaking. She went and bought the same pot, same brand name, lasted six months before the handle snapped off spilling boiling hot coffee everywhere.

I may be English, but seeing as "Trix are for kids" is still relevant in pop culture, I'd assume so. The Wikipedia article doesn't say anything about it being discontinued, so I'd say that's a yes.

White Kitkat Chunkies and Vanilla Coke, at least where I live. I can still get them but only at specialist candy shops and usually for an absurd price.

...Not that Vanilla Coke was ever at a good price(~2 euro for a 250ml bullet can no wonder it didn't stick here).

That one time... good times. Now I have to go replay that game...

OT: If it counts... it's really hard to find either Black Cherry, Vanilla, or even Black Cherry Vanilla Coke in Canada, at least my part of it. I can only find the first two in some convenience stores... but I haven't seen Black Cherry Vanilla in about 6 years. Thats all I can think of right now, especially since those types of Coke still exist in the States

Yep, we still have Trix here. It was originally little colored balls, then went to fruit shapes in the 90s, but they've gone back to balls again, saying that it's an exciting new shape, when in reality it's just cheaper. Oddly enough, it doesn't taste as good as when they were fruit shaped...

My favourite Vietnamese restaurant kicked the bucket and turned into a sports bar (because the two on either side of it weren't enough).

Then, my family's go-to cake makers went down.

This is why we cannot have nice things.

Vanilla Coke is back, at least in the United Kingdom. My Irish girlfriend seemed surprised when my brother brought some home, so I don't know if Europe actually got to take part in the re-release.

There's a Chinese restaurant I always go to for my birthday with my family. They had the best green tea ice cream EVER! We went a few months ago for my sister's birthday, the manager/waiter said he couldn't contact the place that made the ice cream, so they must've either moved, or shut down. I died a little bit when I heard that.
