I am not particularily special and I don't post as often as others.
I do not see this as a bad thing, however. Recognition is the last thing I want.

There are a handful of people out there whom I recognize (Furburt was a prime example until he wandered off--it was nigh on impossible to read a thread without coming across at least one of his comments).

As for people recognizing me, I honestly have no idea. I have a relatively low post count for the amount of time I've been here, but my avatar is reasonably distinctive and brightly colored, so maybe that helps.

Now I'm actually really curious if people actually recognize me or not. I know that it has no bearing on anything, it would just be interesting to know.

I mean, for one, I usually change my avatar in the time of a few days or weeks, and many people recognize you because of your avatar.

Though my username is rather short, probably among the shortest here, at least for those that have 20K+ posts.
