If we're talking about being cut or bit by an insect deal, no - the adrenaline or ignorance covers that.

If we're talking about pain like moving boxes and furniture for 3 days in a row (yes, I got to sleep and eat and a few breaks) only to nearly slice the back of your ankles with a rolling cart, then hell yes - that was the most excruciating hard work I've endured, and I've pulled some long shifts on my feet at a McJob. But only to get it aggravated by an actual injury pushed me over the edge once I tried to relax (tried, my feet hurt for days after that). That was roughly a year ago.

Basically, sore pain + sharp pain = overload

And onto someone... completely different...

last time was actually last week (I think). I had moles removed, I was numbed but my body still felt it I guess but I felt something roll down the side of my face. It may have been cleaning alcohol though :S.

Not counting that my guess is the last time I cried was when I broke my nose skiing (i was 10 I think)

I don't. But I'm really not badass, just some loser with slight sociopathic tendancies.

I laugh. the More pain, the louder I laugh. Which freaks people out and makes them want to hurt me more.
Brother.
Amen to that.

Let's see... I've only ever cried from pain once before, but it didn't make me sob so much as it made tears run down my cheeks.

The question is in the title, but i'll just make it clear. Do you cry when in physical pain? NOT Emotional,it's normal to cry for men or when , when people pass away, or terrible things happened to them or those around them, but do you cry when you are in physical pain.

If you do, what was the last time you were in so much physical pain that you were actually brought to tears?

I know guys that no matter what happen to them (broken limbs, kick in the balls, hell even stabbed, etc... ) they wouldn't shed a tear. And i am wondering if people here are the same way. Or are you sensitive to pain, and would cry at the slightest harm to your body?

I personally have only cried once due to physical pain , and it was when i broke my foot. I had a tree branch tall on my foot ( totally my fault ) and the pain was so excrusiating that i bursted out in tears. Now i wasn't sobbing, but i had tears running down my eyes.

Your Turn.
Tears are an automatic response to pain, if you hurt enough, you WILL cry.

So anyone who says no is a liar.

I don't remember if I cried or not when I broke my arm, I screamed like a ***** though and cursed the air blue. I think I might of cried a little, but it was a long time ago and I just couldn't remember.

I don't cry, my eyes might water enough to have tears... but I wouldn't call that crying

Interesting. I don't think I've ever cried when in physical pain. Not even when I was an infant, I only cried when I wanted something or was left out of something. And I've never broken a bone or anything. Maybe once during a school soccer game I got badly winded and couldn't breathe, but that was mainly cause I thought I was about to die.

I'm surprised. I don't think I've really shed a tear legitimately from physical pain. Though I swear. Very very loudly, when I stub my toe.

No, but I have an inverse relationship between amount of pain and amount of swearing. The more swearing the less I hurt myself, the more seriosu the injury the less I swear.

As a kid, sure. Scraped knees and all that, probably more from the shock of it than anything. But the last time I cried (which was more eyes watering up as there was no sobbing involved) at an injury while not under the age of 10 was when I got hit in the eye with a softball senior year of high school. It smashed my glasses into my cheek and made my sinus fill with blood, and amazingly didn't even leave a bruise. Hurt like hell though, bent my glasses all up! I felt like such a sissy for tearing up so badly too, especially since I couldn't stop it no matter how hard I tried, but my friend reminded me that my tears were justified and that made everything ok.

I might shed a tear or two if I've been hurt really badly. I swear mostly though. Or I'd do this

The only time i've cried when in pain (in my adult life) is when i've been forced to endure pain for a long period of time.

The first time was when I needed a root canal and had to wait about a month before a spot became available for the required operation (I didn't get much sleep that month) and the other time was when I had a horrible stomach bug which crippled me for a couple of days and often had me on the floor in the fetal position wailing at the injustice of it all.

Physical pain not really. I might get the involuntary tearing that happens if you get kicked in the nuts or punched in the nose but not actual crying.

I cried when I had shingles, cause that was a lot of pain.
Especially when my boyfriend was mucking around and accidentally punched me in the shingles. Most pain I have ever felt. I still wont let him live it down.
