Do you enjoy your job?

Im a teacher - I absolutely love my vocation.

EDIT: for those who want to know exactly how much of a glutton for punishment I am, I add my vocation is at a fully comp British 11-16 inner city school.

How is teaching? I'm considering it once I've finished my history degree.

You either love it or hate it - in my case I love it.

Seriously thought, it isnt a "job", you cannot just go in for the paycheck, aint worth the hassle.

Yes and no, it's paradoxical really.

The jobs I hate, I love because of the free time. Out of all the jobs I have worked in my life, the ones I hated the most gave me essentially a 4 day weekend.

Out of all the jobs I loved the most, I had to sacrifice everything for them, essentially doing 60-80 hour work weeks. Wherein I tend to royally fuck up my social life.

Bit of a dilema, no?

Currently, I'm in what's essentailly a mix of HR and management and do I hate it to bits.

I'm working as a QA tester for a prominent MMORPG developer at the moment and have worked in QA for an outsourcing QA company for a fair while now. I've had some jobs in between the two but I figured that if I had to do something while I get my stuff sorted out I might as well be breaking video games all day long.

Currently saving so I can take a Web Programming / Design course i've been accepted to. Also do Massage Therapy on the side.

Interesting, without breaking any agreements you have, how has QA worked out for you?

I still live with my mom and go to college in North Carolina. Perhaps it's wrong of me, but I kinda want to put off getting a job as long as I can unless it's something I know I'd want to do.

I work graveyard on saturday nights but I don't mind that at all.

Forgive my lack of lingo/slang, does that mean you work the night-shift or do you literally work in a Graveyard on Saturdays?
