On occasion, but I know im not really. Its all the voice inside your head trying to put you down.
Never listen to it!
Go outside for a walk or something, get some fresh air, some exercise. You will feel much better for it.

Tried, works for alittle while, then it comes back. As for not listening to it, how?
dude, you just got to remember a couple of things:
1.
You are responsible for your own life.
2. Regardless of your upbringing or different obstacles in you path it is up to
you to make changes to improve your quality of life.
Its all about attitude dude. That sounds kinda gay but listen to me for a second. People can feel sorry for themselves, not do anything with their lives and blame other people, but thats
their decision. You can resolve to take charge of your own life and assert control over it and change it for the better if you really want. The way you act and conduct yourself on a daily basis affects everything you do, so you need to stop being negative, chuck negativity out the door. If you remain negative then you are effectively leading a negative life.
I am not saying that you need to make life altering decisions here or anything, but the first step is to stop listening to that voice in your head. Think of what you really want to do with yourself, what you want to do to improve yourself etc, and do it! Make the effort and you will be rewarded believe me.
Also, about the walk thing, yes that will only be a temporary fix because its only a walk. Maybe do some proper exercise? Start going for runs. Do you have a dog? Go for runs with him. Make it a leisurely one, not an endurance one and go at your own pace - no music. You will give yourself time to think to yourself, about what problems you have and if you can fix them etc. Runs are awesome, and personal; if you are unfit then a regular jog will have the same effect and you will feel much much better about yourself after a couple of times being out.
