Do you fight the "secret" bosses or complete the "hidden" dungeons in rpgs?

I find them more important then the actual main quests.
I love easter eggs and hidden things so much I even went and downloaded Adventure after reading Ready Player One. An excellent book.

Sometimes I'll do it but most of the times I'll do it then say screw it if it gets too hard.

Some bosses I have beat: Every Bonus Boss from Wild Arms 1, Lucifer from Nocturne,Abyssion form Tales of Symphonia, Death (Persona 3/4, Dolce from Eternal Sonata.

A few bonus dungeons: Labyrinth of Memories from Tales of Vesperia, Mystroius Unsion/Ezi Collecter from Eternal Sonata(never again) and I'd love to say I cleared the abyss in Wild Arms 3 but I have a life so that is not happening

In general I try and do everything because it's always one more aspect of a game to comb over, something new to find and possibly that super sexy weapon that will truly make me feel like a total badass.

It usually isn't until the fifth playthrough of a game that I manage to find everything though.

I fucked up Hades in FFIX (though I'm not sure being behind a rock counts as hidden) so I could get Ark. Because nothing says overkill like summoning a giant boat from another world to blow up the whole planet. Fuck yeah.

Then I got fucked up by Ozma, and decided to stop looking behind rocks.
