Do you go through a ritual when you get home form work/school?

I throw my backpack on the floor and walk into the kitchen to look for something to eat. After that I go on Twitter and The Escapist.

Ever since I got burglarized I have a ritual. First, I check the doorknob to make sure the door is locked. Then I slide my key in and listen to see if I can hear movement inside the apartment. Then I unlock the door and peek my head in, looking first to the right at the window in the bedroom and then opening the door more to reveal the living room window. I check to make sure it isn't cold in the apartment (if one of the windows was broken it would be cold) and then finally I walk inside and turn on the hallway light while at the same time looking into the kitchen for movement.

Yeah.

Take off my shoes and jacket. Depending when I get home, search for left over food. Then either change into PJs or different clothing, then relax around the house or pass out.

-Get changed out of school uniform.
-Load up laptop.
-Do various things while doing homework.
-Eat dinner.
-Lounge around for the rest of the night.
-Read whatever book I am reading at the time.
-Sleep.

That schedule was slightly changed today. It was extremely fucking hot all day and I had been sweating non stop so as soon as I got home I basically ran to my room while taking my clothes off, quickly put some shorts on, ran outside and did a flip into my pool. It was very refreshing. Now I have to get my homework done.

Get home, bathroom, plug in laptop to monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power, and then try to do homework. Usually that fails, though, since I'm easily distracted. Especially by these forums.

Also, I don't change out of my clothes... Jeans are comfy enough.
