the only anime I count as "Girly" that i know of is Fruits Basket. Any aniem that has a plot MAINLY centred around romance is girly, if theres romance, but theres more humor, I count that as a Shounen anime, not Shojo

No, not really. That is not to say that I don't like any anime, but I am very selective and tend to err on the side of more serious shows. Speaking of which, I haven't seen one in a while. Ghost in the Shell should be right up my alley (android fanboy, I am), but I can't bring myself to enjoy the emphasis on government and politics.

Not at all. It's better than the majority of stuff that's on TV. I never really thought of Toradora as a girly anime though. Hmm.

I don't know, it depends what you think is "girly". I liked Azumanga Daioh and Clannad, but hated Lucky star. I find K-ON! really boring, even though the opening song is great.
Don't really recall watching anything else that could be called girly.

I watched the hell out of Princess Tutu, Magic Knight Rayearth and Angelic Layer, and was only marginally afraid to admit it to all three. Even bought the Magic Knight Rayearth box set which was... a little mortifying because I jumped in Best Buy when I saw it and knocked over a stack of DVDs right behind me.

Back on topic, the answer is I don't have a problem at all, s'long as it has a good plot or has the high possibility of being too adorable to hate.

I watched like 5 episodes of Best Student Council on the you-tube, so no.
It was so cuuuuuuuute. And then sometimes the puppet would mouth off or burn things or be generally awesome.

I watched all of Lucky Star a few years ago.
Yes. ALL OF IT.

First anime I ever watched, and I've only just started watching Fullmetal Alchemist since. I don't know, it was really out of the blue for me. I guess I just got addicted? In my defence it was pretty funny...

Looking back on it though, I kind of begin to despise it...
Huh, I just started watching Fullmetal too. Coincidence? *Insert Twilight Zone music here*

OT: If I have watched girly anime, the I dont think I noticed.I like anime, I dont distinguish between the "types" of anime (because I dont know them.....)

Most girly anime are stupid. ;F -> Magic Knight Rayearth
I like only Chobits. It's cute, romantic, psychodelic and funny!

If it's bad I'll hate it as much as I hate a bad shonen.

I don't really care about the audience, so long as it keeps interesting.

Yes.
I also have a problem watching alot of shounen stuff too.
I mean, I prefer the older stuff, like josei or seinin.
I really liked "Paradise Kiss", but I think thats the only really "girly" anime I've watched.
