Ive covered stuff like this before in other posts similar, but lets gather them into a pile.

I lift weights and am qualified as a Personal Trainer, yet I play video games and collect Warhammer models, paint them too.
Im 6ft 235, with an IQ of 140 last test I did.
I cook and I'm a man :p
I live a life of Military level discipline, yet am able to console and comfort / counsel people through emotional problems.
I have a highly logical mind, but enjoy writing fantasy stories and learning about superstition and all things mythical.
Im outwardly quiet, but the things I say tend to stick in peoples minds.

All these things in account and I suffer from depression and a stress disorder.

I consist entirely of these.

I'm a large and broad gym-enthusiast... who isn't very strong. I need to work on toning.

I have a permanent frown and darker visage... but I'm usually calm, relaxed and optimistic.

I'm a guy who prefers interacting with girls... but don't really think much about sex.

I (apparently) have a very imposing presence and intimidate others easily... which I immediately apologize for and make light of.

I have glasses, like geeky things, and use a large vocabulary... but didn't do all that hot at school.

I'm friendly and like people... but am introverted.

I'm male... but love singing, cooking, and baking. Preferably.

I'm a restless teenager... who's held the same job for six years.

I'm a prime-time-of-life male... who adores kids... and is often cowed by them.

There's others, but you get the picture. I've been described as a "big scary grizzly teddy bear".

Though normally calm, cool, and collected, when I get really excited or anxious about something, I unleash a surge of raw energy that causes me to become ecstatic, loud, and reckless.

This has lead to a few fights, some desperate escapes, and impressing a room of people who had otherwise believed to have figured me out long ago.

People are surprised that I don't talk a lot. I can't figure out why people think I look like a talker on first impression.

I am a really good skier which surprises a lot of people. For most of the year I am pretty much a sloth that plays video games until I go skiing.
Sometimes I have out of character moments like twice in my life I just remember snapping and going ballistic. Once at my dad for no real reason and once at my teacher. Normally I am extremely quiet and invisible.
Oh and on the internet I don't really have a character. Sometimes I am a total dick other times I am the guy that spends a day smithing iron armor for the low levels.

I'm a nerd but I love running. I just do. When people groan when they have to go on a warm-up run I start already! Musically I suppose liking thrash/symphonic metal and dubstep is strange. I also like hip-hop.

I am a jack of many trades, and I enjoy learning, but I am incapable of learning languages in anything that resembles a reasonable amount of time.

I can switch from home repair(electrical/wiring, to sheet rock, to general construction), to playing bass, to having conversations about art and music, to basic coding, to cooking and cleaning, to surviving in isolated areas, to leading people, to following instructions as needed.

Depends who the person is and my relationship with them.
Some are surprised that I love WHF and WH40k. Some are surprised that I've met and exchanged pointers will world-level masters and fighters... Some are surprised that I can read. It really depends on who you are and yea, how I know you.

I think people are surprised that I play video games in general, though I can't say why. I guess I kinda make the impression that I am a jock because I work out a lot. Only thing I can think of...

I don't know, I think others may think I'm this shy nerd, while it's probably more that I'm barely interested in others. I'm quite asocial.

I live in a Christian society and am respectful, kind, mature, well-mannered and generally a nice guy. So people are shocked when I tell them I'm an atheist.

I'm really cruel and judgmental when around friends. They give me the confidence to be all the mean I can be. If someone is listening to the 'wrong' kind of music... I'd gladly inform them. Stuff like that. I don't usually say anything really mean to people's faces...

However, put me in a situation with people I don't know... I suddenly become friendly and polite. Like I've suddenly become part salesmen... or something...

:/ don't judge me too much.

That depends from what perspective you look at me.

Fellow hardcore nerds are often surprised when I say that I actually like sports, though sadly I don't play any at the moment, and the odd hip-hop artist. Regular people however are often surprised at my geekiness.

And both are sometimes surprised that I'm not gay, as I use plenty of skin products, try to match my clothing and generally try to look good. And I can act sort of...queer sometimes, but that's all for the lulz. Luckily the person that matters knows that I'm not gay.
