I picked up that habit in Left 4 dead but i also move the view to go with the reload.
For example, if i was reloading a mag into the bottom of the gun, i'd look up a bit. When the hands draw back the pin, i move the view down.
Dunno why but i think it looks cooler that way..you know?

I do every time regardless. However like most people, a second or third person isn't that big of a problem if you can drop shot or use a quick sprint to stop the reload animation.

In mw2 anyway.

Oh my god, I'm not the only one who has this problem.
And yes, I most certainly do have constant reload syndrome.

Sure do.

Reload after every encounter, and you will live past the next.

..Most of the time.
Pretty much. However it'll become quite bizarre since you'll have me trying to reload a lot of the time its quiet and yet I'm at full ammo. Especially true with snipers...I"m an obsessive reloader.

Yes, I do.
When I started playing Mass Effect, I was about halfway through the game by the time I stopped trying to reload all the time (and accidentally throwing a grenade). Not complaining about the infinite ammo, just not used to it.

yup I have the reload disorder as well. I actually have to force myself not to reload after an encounter if I've only used a few bullets.. Of course I've gotten pretty proficient at pulling out the pistol and blasting away if I run out of ammo in my other weapon

One of the reasons I do this is I like nice round numbers - I can't stand to have 49 or 48 bullets in a 50-bullet clip :S This condition makes it really hard to watch other people play who DON'T do it - it's infuriating that they JUST WON'T RELOAD!!! ;)

I have CRS, which has gotten me killed several times. It really gets annoying with LMGS, or anything with a slow reload time and large clip, because I'll reload after using 10 rounds out of 100. Really annoys me at the best of times...

No, I don't reload after every kill. I reload after every SHOT. It's becoming an issue. Even if I just idly shoot some scenery to see if its destructible, and I only fire one bullet, I'll reload anyway, which is especially problematic for when I use the LMGs.

Yes, I make a habit of reloading after every encounter. It's certainly no problem at all. I won't get caught reloading in the middle of battle nearly as often.

Yeah I reload after every kill which isn't the best way to play sometimes I'll get a kill and I'll reload when an enemy comes around the corner and puts two in the chest and one in the head to me. =o
