Of course, I am a member of humanity, to not have faith in humanity is to not have faith in myself.

I still have faith in humanity because even with all the complete idiots out there making it seem as though we're doomed, there's a (probably) equal number of people doing the exact opposite, just we don't notice them as much.
Despite the endless wars and suffering throughout human history, we've managed to reach a good place (comparatively). I still have faith that everything that?s still wrong with the world will eventually be solved.
Absolutely. I honestly believe that in every stage of our history, the vast majority of people did what they thought was best, and that we'll continue to do so because that's simply human nature.
Yeah, we get stuff wrong. Yeah, some people get corrupted. But overall, people just do the best they can.

Humanity still has what it takes to move onwards and upwards.
it's just the ones that seek to kill other humans that hold us back. and, ofcourse, only way to stop that is to end those people.
it's an endless loop, until one side puts down it's weapons and unites.
I don't see that happening. the only way out would appear to be the utter destruction of one side, and the complete triumph of the other :|

to be blunt? no, having faith in a species thats nearly made itself extinct , and even when we survived it, didnt learn from our mistakes is foolish
and yes, i am aware their are a few people left in the world with genuine intelligence and common sense, their just a minority, and as history has taught us, minorities lose.

As a species where a very mixed bag, some humans i have no faith in, in some others i do.
It's true though that we like to focus on the bad, and this i suppose while does not do humanity's self esteem any good, it means we are well aware of our flaws as a species and can work to eradicate it.

Personally, humanity is quite an abstract thing to have faith in. Just as there will always be idiots, there will also be the paragons of our race. There was Hitler, and then there was Gandhi - it's natural progression. As we move on, I'm sure things will stay the same (barring zombies or some other undue end).

Let's see: murder, rape, greed, hate, ignorance, Sarah Palin, the Jonas Brothers, completely unnecessary and bad remakes and sequels to good movies, and people pooping their pampers over the President giving a speech to kids. Nope, nothing left.
Nope no faith at all, most humans are scum, and our basic human nature is to look after ourselves before others. Greed, hate, anger, jelousy, almost everyone feels bad emotions, and many act on them, I can't imagine a race like humanity suviving much longer, personally I think WW3 (which will happen within 50 years of now) will consume the planet in war and chaos....good luck guys, you're gonna need it
