Most people who say they have no faith actually do, they just don't realize it. We're not doomed in any way, and anyone who chooses to honestly believe that we are should shut up and save the rest of us from their annoying bullshit. It's always the same old bitching while not actually doing anything to improve the situation. News flash: You're part of the problem.
I used to say that I have no faith in Humans, but I have faith in Humanity. That belief has been severly tested recently with acts of terrorism around the world, the atrocities commited by both sides in the ongoing war between Israel and Pallestine.
When I read about the men who were convicted of plotting to blow up several trans-atlantic flights mid-flight across the atlantic, I was happy that they were caught and succesfuly prosecuted. But I was sick to my stomach reading about what they had planned. How can you have faith in Humanity when there are men out there that want to do these things?
I understand the argument that the "good guys" outnumber these crazy bastards, but these crazy bastards are part of humanity. Even if the whole world becomes a lovely place to live in the next few years, It just takes a few idiots with bombs to send us spiraling back to the stone age

Short answer: No.
Long answer: No because i work with members of the public and ive found that only about 10% of them have any measurable brainpower. Of the rest 50% think exactly what they have been told to think by whatever they watched/listened to/read that morning and spout it all day as if it were gospel. 30% dont give a damn about anything or anyone but themselves but still feel the need to tell everyone how they know best. And the final 10% just make stuff up for attention.
Theres only one solution, make it quite clear that not everyones opinion matters by default and if your stupid or incapable then you should shut up and do as your told.
