Arriving Somewhere, But Not Here - Porcupine Tree. It isn't even a happy song, but it just makes me feel relaxed.

Three- The tile Music of A Clockwork Orange(a synth version of Purcell's Music for the Funeral of Queen Mary) and Timesteps by Wendy Carlos and Chicken Bone by Sydney with Sister R are all excellent mood enhancement songs. I think they're all kinds of fun!

"We Will Rise" by Arch Enemy.

I don't know exactly why, but it makes me feel more heard and powerful.

Hmmm...Shine by Take That, Build Me Up Buttercup by the Foundations, Suddenly I See by K.T. Tunstall, Jessica by The Allman Brothers Band

Now if we're talking anime music, then I'd go with Motteke Sailor Fuku from Lucky Star. And Style from Soul Eater.

Still Alive - Jonathan Coulton & GLaDOS (No one ever gives any love to GlaDOS when naming the artist)
Now We Are Free - Hans Zimmer & Lisa Gerrard (from the Gladiator soundtrack)
Ibelin - Harry Gregson-Williams (from the Kingdom of Heaven soundtrack)
Concerning Hobbits - Howard Shore (As if I need to say where this is from)
Flying Vessel - Ilan Eshkeri (from the Stardust soundtrack)
Peril - Martin O'Donnell & Michael Salvatori (Halo 2 soundtrack)
The Incredits, Married Life, Up With End Credits - Michael Giacchino (The Incredibles, Up x2)
Have a Nice Day - Stereophonics
The Boys Are Back in Town, Angel from the Coast, Freedom Song - Thin Lizzy
Beautiful Day, In God's Country - U2

Anything from the Pink Floyd album 'Dark Side of the Moon' cheers me up, usually. Otherwise it just depends on why I'm angry, sad, or whatever.
My brother! same here. that and tv show by everclear. Also metal, i was really angry and "fought" my uncle. He was black mailing us though so he deserved it.

Scissors Sisters, I Can't Decide.

Because when I feel terrible, it's a hilariously evil song that it makes me smile.

Witch Doctor is another good one.

Blackbird by Alter Bridge. It's my favorite song of all time basically. And it's just perfect that's why. It's totally epic and flawlessly emotional. Sorry I sound gay don't I? Suffice it to say it's really really awesome. Everyone should listen to it,.
