I was quite young when I got tested, and they said then that my IQ was between 150 and 170 to the best of my memory[footnote]lack of accuracy due to age and me not understanding part of the instructions having never done some piece of primary school work, it was a crossword, and I thought your word could... curl, so long as the blocks were attached, because that was how it was explained

Personally, I would say more on the 150 side, (I give me 155, not more) but my peers would be very quick to say more like 170, although that is just knowledge, not intelligence that stuns them.
What is the recognised cut-off for genius? Some places say 140, others say that it is 180, in one case I am definitely in, in the second definitely out. So you judge me Escapist...
I will also double check that 150-170 figure, so don't take my word on it yet
