I strongly prefur animes of the 70s, 80s, & 90s. They just don't make good stuff anymore, except Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, which is like a twisted retelling of Beetlejuice. I haven't watch anime in over a year, but if I'm dying for entertainment & laughs & I have free time, I'll watch a comedy series straight through. I won't watch any of the animes available on cable TV anymore. There was some good stuff in the early 2000s, but I swear they only air the worst shit they can dig up these days, & even if the series is good, the dubb & hackjob editing is terrible.

How about a 'latest to hit the internet', rather than just north america? Or even just any old anime out there. You can't have done them all yet.

Depends what you mean there as that sounds like you are talking about illegal download or fansubs. But indeed open minded for international reviews would be great, perhaps in the future.

Manga and anime to some may be "the same" but generally things are changed to suit the animation world better, including the plot.

yeah.. many Adaptation ruin the mood the plot the development that the Manga has/produced
and in most cases Anime Adaptation ruin the whole franchise.Which is we i opt for the manga b4 the anime.But then again there are still good adaptations among the anime world such as Gintama etc ..lol better stop this is getting off topic.

Challenge accepted! As in I just sent in the review for Mononoke and Death Note. Balancing this with my college schedule will be slightly difficult, but I have the creative solution of I'm the steward of the anime society and therefore decide what we show each week. I get to watch anime and have snarky commentary. Though if I get the position, I'd provide my permanent address as opposed to my college address and make my mom know the wonders of overnight shipping and pay her back ^_^;

Also: Hooray my otaku-ness is finally paying off.
