Oh, and what version of Word do you guys have? Because the newer ones auto-save documents to a format that older versions despise, so you could wind up with entries you can't read.

I don't know if 2003 can read .docx files. That's the format that newer versions of Word save to by default, so you might want to make sure that if 2003 can't read it that you mention in the instructions that people have to save to .doc instead.John Funk said:Snip.
