I watch shit like that all the time on YouTube, mostly when I'm bored out of my mind. I do find it amusing, I suppose in a somewhat morbid-kinda-way.
That video is fantastic. X)Strazdas said:My opinion about people who watch Jackass are too severe for this forum.
That being said, we are all animals, and we all like to watch things die... from a safe distance.
obligatory video:
P.S. how do you embed in this place, it seems that each forum tries to embed youtube differently just to annoy its users.
Seems to be the case with me, too. It's kind of weird, I can feel their pain, not just "Ouch, that's gotta hurt", but I almost feel as if I've taken the hit myself. Almost.Ahri said:I've found myself becoming more empathetic (and consequently more squeamish) as I get older, so watching most dangerous/painful videos makes me feel icky. :c
That's basically what happens to me. I've found that some things I'm not expecting while watching something else can have the same effect, but it depends on how invested I am in what I'm watching (and what's happened). It's not entirely uncommon for me to feel a bit breathless or for my throat to feel tight while watching someone being hanged, for example. D:Vegosiux said:Seems to be the case with me, too. Yeah, pretty much. It's funny, really. Guess some of us grow out of slapstick in time. Cartoonish slapstick I can handle, but you gotta feel for the poor coyote of course.Ahri said:That's basically what happens to me.
