I have, a digimon toy. Oh yeah. Those things are so damn hard to find these days. I know me and a friend went looking for them once. Well thats in rural Australia anyway.

EDIT: Just remembered something i used to have, i found i dinosaur tooth once (fossil not the actual tooth) but it was preserved perfectly so i gave it to the Melbourne museum. I still have the letter of thanks.

The only potentially rare item I can think of is a special edition N64 in "Jungle Green" that came bundled with Donkey Kong 64 and an Expansion Pack. I have yet to see another one, anyway.

Like Furburt's EPIC stick, mine isn't a gaming or movie item, but it's the only rare item (That I'm aware of) that we own.

It's a dress dagger from an SS officer in the Second World War. I think the story was that my great uncle's friend was in Germany and they were taking a bunch of the German soldiers' stuff as war treasures to send back home. His friend already had a helmet and a Luger, so he gave the dagger to my great uncle and the Luger to a distant relative of mine in Scotland.

Not really a game/movie item either but a Canadian penny from 1910. It has the picture of the LAST king of England on it! Oh, and still got my jungle pack green N64 that came with DK 64 as well.

I have a Comic-Con 2008 limited edition Ninth Doctor action figure. I have never been to Comic-Con. I got it at Fan Expo for $25, and when I got home I noticed it was a limited edition action figure.

Well, this isn't really a gaming or movie thing, but I own a tribal stick passed down through the healers of this tribe in Papua New Guinea. It was given to my grand-uncle who was a missionary, when he saved the tribal chief from Malaria, which the healers couldn't cure him of. They figured that he was better then they ever could be, so he deserved the stick. He gave it to me when he died.

It's about 2500 years old. I keep it in my room. I must take a picture of it actually.

EDIT: Here's a picture or two!

Now, this might sound like spiritual crap, but there definitely is a certain aura off it. Maybe it's just me.
2500 years old? I can believe it has an aura.

In fact I'd almost be surprised if a staff used to channel good will for 2500 years DIDN'T have an aura.

OT: I have a reverse-shiny Entei pokemon card. It was from a pokemon movie, the theatre was giving them out as promotional items, so it's quite possibly not rare. All I can think of though.

I have a first edition paperback copy of "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream", a swiss/german marksmanship award from (I think) my grandmother's brother, a Call of Cthulhu d20 manual, and the complete collection of Orpheus Roleplaying Manuals

nah, I'd never sell that poster.
Unless I really had to sell off things for money. Which would be a horrible situation already

My bass is a 2007 Fender Jazz 5 string with 24 frets. Its one of the only fender with 24 frets and the fact that its discontinued after only a few years makes it that much rarer

Seasons In The Abyss, a Slayer album, signed by the guitarist Kerry King. Friend saw them live, day before King was doing a signing. I couldn't go, 18+, but he got me that album signed. It's a beautiful thing.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm is quite rare to my knowledge. I own that.

I also own an ornate replica of Cloud's sword from Advent Children. Yes, it even fits together. I've forgotten the name of the damn thing now though...

A full-size Gears of War Lancer replica
A PS2 copy of Space Channel 5: Part 2
The Prestige Edition of Modern Warfare 2
An uncensored copy of Dark Sector

None of that may sound like much to most, but in Australia this is every gamer's wet dream, considering how hard they are to get a hold of in this country. >_<

Don't think I have anything... Demon's Souls Deluxe Edition, I think that's one that'll become rare in time, from what I know about the limited quantities in which Atlus release their games... (Yes I know Atlus only published it in America, From Software are the true kings here. I hate it when people don't recognise them)

I own a rare set 'Half Life: Generations 3', and it has the original Half life, Half life: Opposing force, Half life: blue shift and Half life: Counter strike from back in the good old days when they didnt 'require' STEAM to run.

I bought it used from ebay. its brilliant!

must replay the lot of them sometime.

Lots of stuff:

* Coins from as far back as the 17th Century, several different countries (used to have an old Roman coin once, dunno where it went)
* A Hofner electric guitar from 1961
* A ridiculous amount of picture disc vinyl and limited editions of various Neo-Folk albums
* The original edition of the first Bioshock, in the metal case
* The complete 3 volumes of the Russian Criminal Tattoo Encyclopedia
* A hardback copy of The Rise And Fall Of The Third Reich that went to press just when Eichmann was captured, that has a footnote in it saying "stop press: goddamn they just found Eichmann" (or words to that effect)
* Chunks of opal my dad dug out of the ground back when he used to mine opal
* Stupidly large amounts of rare CDs, including Nirvana's "Hoarmoaning", Body Count's self-titled album with "Cop Killer" still on it, a bunch of out-of-print Swans stuff and too many others to list...
