Erm... let's see... ah, yes! A violin formerly owned and played by my grandfather. Doesn't seem very rare, but as it came out it's like 100 years old and worth a few thousands.
Unfortunately I can't really play it anymore, didn't practice for a long, long time.

I have a story board of episode 26 of Shaman King, and a copy of Ultimo volume 1 signed by Stan Lee and Hiroyuki Takei. That's about it I think. It's hard to consider some of my stuff rare even if I don't know other people who have it.

I have a limited edition Olympic Coke Zero bottle, a little scratched but in good condition, Haven't unscrewed the cap yet either.

I have a figure of Squall from FF8 (Thanks to my girlfriend )

Hah! Dude I got my girlfriend a figure of Squall for Christmas xD
And she got my a Vivi Figure.
It's my pride and joy.
(And just further cemented in my mind how perfect me and my girlfriend are for each other )

As for rare/one of a kind things...
I have three coke bottles shaped like footballs (soccer balls for you yanks) they were promoting the world cup in 2006...
I'm fairly certain I kept them purely for the shape, because I hate football...
(Yes, they still have the coke inside them after all those years...)
Although now I look, ones a bottle of Fanta which was for Halloween, it's the same shape though...

Besides that I also have a PG TIPS monkey...

Also mine has frayed thread on both sides of the nose that I coloured black to make it into a moustache... So mines unique.

I also have a SNES copy of Secret of Mana, and Chrono Trigger

I got the Star Wars episode 4 comic that came out at the same time as the movie. I got it for my 18th birthday by one of my best friends who found it in his dad's old stuff. It's a great comic, it's almost like it follows its own script.
I also have a copy of FF7 for PC. I've never seen any gamestore sell those. But I don't know where it is... (probably in a box in the basement.)

I once had a holographic, Japanese, Voltorb Pokemon card. I gave it to my scatterbrained cousin who lost it. From this day I know to never give her anything.

Not sure if they're classed as rare or hard to come by, but I have 2 'Deal Or No Deal' postcards, signed by Noel Edmonds. One was obtained by requesting one from his website, and the other from a competition on a DOND forum. They're both identical, apart from one being signed in blue ink and the other in black ink.

The only thing that comes to mind, is the deluxe edition of bullet for my valentines Scream Aim Fire album - and even that has been mass produced (BUT IT SAYS DELUXE!!!)

Almost forgot. Remember those gameboys you got with a copy of Pokemon yellow? The one with pikachus on it? got one of those still. Also got the promo one thats red on one side and blue on the other with various pokemon on it.
