Do you start a new game on easy and then change or start on normal?

I play on easy.

What can I say? I suck at games and my reflexes are worse.

i tend to play on easy myself .. i have enough challenges in my real life that i don't go looking for additional challenges when i sit down to take a break.

Normal first, then defending on how difficult the game is i'll adjust. though i'll do my level best to get through on normal first.

used to play on normal first, but now i just go straight to extreme

I start on normal or hard and then change to a lower difficulty if it turns out to be to hard.

I start almost always on Hard, then move to Easy to pick up anything I might have missed (collectables, special achievements, etc.) and then move up to Super Hard.

At the moment I play on normal for my first runthrough of a game.

The only recent game that I didn't start on normal was Heavy Rain which I played on Hard right off the bat.

However, I used to start FPSs on easy back when I hadn't played too many.
