Yes, in my head. The weirdest part is that it's most often in English which is not my first language, and I rarely speak English out loud.

Quite often, though mainly it's just thinking out loud.
But I don't think I've had a full blown conversation out loud with myself... yet.

Yes, although it's mainly in my head. Not that i'm a particularly interesting person to talk to, I often bore myself with my internal dialogue.

I talk to myself when I'm alone for extended periods of time, or when I'm trying to figure out a difficult problem I generally state everything I know and talk myself through it.

Only in my head. Actually, you know, I sometimes imagine that my body is a whole metropolis, and in my brain is a council, ruled by my king. That makes up my conscience.

Of course.

As a matter of fact, I even start prepping myself for social contact, having arbitrary conversations ready in case a certain situation happens.

And I can be caught practicing some of them alone sometimes when sitting on campus somewhere...

Yes, all the time...but I have a bluetooth headset on almost all the time so unless you're close to me you don't have a sodding clue

I do, everyone does at some point.

Just to go over things in your head, sometimes it's easier to say it aloud.

I sometimes get on a train of thought and then end up going through a full conversation I would have with someone if I were talking to them about it, like I imagine in my head I am talking to them, then at the end of it I stop and think to myself 'Man, I'm mental'.

I'm to the point where I have conversations with myself. If I'm alone they're verbal, but if someone's around it stays in my head.

If I say a sentence in my head, occasionally I'll say the last few words out loud. I only notice this when I'm by myself, but I wonder if it happens when I'm around people and I just never notice.

Every single day and almost every single moment I'm on my own. I find I think better if I think out loud and I'm more likley to remember things if I actually say them. One of my mates actually got annoyed at me because I was whispiring important bits of information under my breath as he told me things like adresses, names etc.
Funny thing was, I didn't even realise I was doing it until he pointed it out.

I talk to myself alot, but not in a weird way (i hope). I play out possible scenarios of what could/could've happend during a possible/ alread occured event. Like if i was about to punch someone and i didn't, i'll replay the event in my head as if i did punch the person, creating my own commentary. Weather thats weird or not i do it.

I also play possible scenarios in my head, like if im thinking of doing something the next day ill play it in my head. I think the reason why i do this is because im very observant (also not in a weird way), so i have acually "predicted" the futer many times by playing these scenarios creating many times of de ja vu. I have records of this as well, i have predicted mnay things that have happend to my friends, after said event happend i say "told ja so", then they sigh and walk off.
