What is that show? Never heard of it...
I don't know why but I get this strange feeling you're not being entirely truthful...

OT: Top Gear is, hands down, one of my favourite TV shows of all time. I'm not really into the mechanics of cars but those boys just have so much fun fanging about in redonkulously powerful hypercars that I can't help but want to join the fun! Also, the three boys work together so well and frequently have me in stitches. I'll be a sad panda when it finally finishes up...

I love it.

Although I don't consider them to be actually reviewing cars. I just find the show entertaining.

I just started watching it. I don't give two shits about cars, but I love it anyway. It's so hilarious.

My favorite episode is the one where they drive through the deep south of the U.S.

I likes it. At first though I was like: "Eh, a car show. Whatever." Then I saw that Richard Hammond was on it and was like: "Hey, it's that dude from Braniac. I guess I'll check this show out for a little bit." So yeah. I think it's entertaining. It's one of the few shows I watch now.

Yes, I watch Top Gear and I absolutely love it. Probably one of the most entertaining shows out there currently, in my opinion.

This explains why I like it. It's just the banter that I participate in every day, on TV! It's basically fun.

I can understand why other people don't like it though

Watch it, love it. I don't think they have it in America. so for all you Yanks: Top Gear is a car show without anything relevant to cars. Its more of a entertainment show really and is very, very English.

Yeah, it's brilliant.

The recent episode with the Robin Reliants and the volcano truck was fantastic, and hilarious :)

I love Top Gear, I don't care about the cars though, I just watch it for the challenges.
For me, that's the highlight of the show, when they actually start to review cars, I kinda zone out for a bit.

I love it, although in Australia we get Top Gear several seasons late or something. Like they'll be talking about Christmas and it's only May. Also, Australian Top Gear blows. At least Clarkson, May and Hammond manage to make cars interesting, even for me. I love the British humour and the zooming around. Also it's the prettiest show I've ever seen.

Nope. i'm not 'that guy'. i don't have any interest in car shows.

at least it's not NASCAR though. i just see that as an ENORMOUS waste of gasoline and high-grade machine parts.

I hate it. Sorry guys, but I don't give a damn about cars.

You can tell that these people don't watch it, because they think it's a car show. Top Gear isn't a car show. It's a show about 3 middle aged men who have a large budget and happen to like cars. But anybody who thinks that a show where they test how well a Ford Focus can hold up in an amphibious assault with the Royal Marines or if a Toyota Hilux is tough enough to survive being parked on top of a high-rise that is then blown up is a "car show" needs to have their head examined. The show is more of an upper class Jackass than anything else.

I love it. Watching 3 middle aged men generaly dicking around and doing crazy stuff is very fun. It's also interesting to see the cars that are on the show every week.
