Please tell me they've been confirmed for next year? I love Matt and Steven. Amy can go though. I want a fresh companion.
I assume so, and a fresh companion is an ok idea, I like Amy though...
Her acting style annoyed me. She's a bit too, I don't know...Scottish(?) for my liking.(I speak as someone who is Scottish)

The Doctor is a prisoner now, maybe he himself is actually Prisoner Zero?
Yes I realise that alien thing was thought to be and captured as Prisoner Zero in "The Eleventh Hour" but I was thinking. Perhaps the crack is the future (i.e. the Doctor escaping, thus being the prisoner, the TARDIS exploding and him getting a piece of it's door through a crack) and the alien was trying to kill him/Amy. Those eyeballs did have a hard time identifying the alien as Prisoner Zero anyway, I can't remember the exact reasons but they could misread the Doctor maybe.

I can figure this is wrong but I enjoyed thinking it - feel free to correct me, as I can tell you're all pretty knowledgeable on Dr. Who. Also please be gentle.
Basically no, for one, the Doctor would have known it was him in the "Eleventh Hour"

I could go on but take it from me, you are wrong. :)

I try to be as gentle as possible :) Don't worry about it

I think this episode all came together very nicely with all the different characters being linked and the like.
anyway- amy's not dead (considering shes signed on for another series), the TARDIS hasnt blown up yet (its probably a bit like that false regeneration at the end of the last series), and no-one has seemed to mention the OTHER TARDIS from last week's episode- how does that figure into the grand scheme of things.

Oh yeah! it was always gonna be the Doctor in the Box- he is the most feared thing in the universe coz of all his ass kicking exploits. You can see they're all afraid of him when he gives his big lovely speech on stonehenge. awesome!
The "other TARDIS" was destroyed
i think what he/she means is "what the hell was a TARDIS doing sitting on top of someone elses house?!?" and if not id certainly like to know

Which reminds me: no one has yet duscussed that Amy was shot and went unconscious! :. wibbly wobbly timey wimey ending next week it better be not
I think Amy is 'special' somehow (like the Doctor said this episode). But I don't know how. So yeah, she discovers this either just before or just after she dies. She saves the day. Simples.

As mentioned in the last episode's topic, this series has shown us all of the doctor's past regenerations... a coincedence? maybe not

I enjoy watching the episodes with more than one doctor in... and they haven't done it for a while apart from that comic relief thing.

Eccleston was my first doctor but I went back and watched some of the older ones...

EDIT: meant to say maybe not

It wasn't a true TARDIS tho it was an attempt to build one and the crew clearly died trying. TARDIS cinstruction is immensley complicated please see our group for details http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/The-Escapist-TARDIS-crew ctrl+f and TARDIS Type 40 TT handbook

no-one seems to have mentioned the info thing on next weeks episode. it says something like "the fate of the universe depends on a little girl who still believes in stars" i reckon theyre gonna do the thing they did at the end of series 3 and the doctors gonna end up trapped in there for a while (maybe years) and an amy in some parralel universe is onna have to save the day.

also, why the hell did the daleks join this allience?!? from where i was sitting, at the end of series 4, the end of all things was exactly what the daleks were after!

New Daleks, new goal, but they all hate the Doctor

Yea, I am aware of that, I swiftly dealt with it. Nothing like that happens in one of my threads ;)

Ooh they'd never do that people would see the copy and paste too easily.

my turn to prove you wrong is it?
1. through the crack in ep 1 we see a prison, the doctor is not being held in a prison he is being held in a freaky glowing rubix cube
2. prisoner zero tried to kill a planet load of people out of spite, not something the doctor is keen on doing
3. in the end of series episode it almost always... no... its ALWAYS the companion who esentially does the "day saving" so i dought the doctor will escape on his own
and 4. the doctor was able to identify prisoner zero as an interdimensional multi-form, NOT an extended sub-concious of a time lord

I am also a fellow Scottish person. Maybe that's why I like her....

I think it is weird she is fitting a bit too well into the TARDIS, she's very...... Martha Jones. She has accepted the Doctor more than Rose did at her starting series.

Maybe a stupid question but, if the Pandorica is a tale derived from Amy's memories of Pandora's Box, then how did the doctor hear of the fairytale of the Pandorica?

true, but it'd still take someone significant to even ATTEMPT to make/grow such a marvelous machine. i mean, how would anyone but a timelord even know where to start?!?

Perhaps they want to save it in order for it to be them to end it? and not the doctor?
